Everything was clean and spotless. Breakfast the next morning was hot and food was kept up in the dishes. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant!

Wveeything was so clean. Th e exercise room was great for getting the blood flowing and the kids loved the breakfast. I wish there was more room for parking. I nearly didn’t find a spot due to other customers not parking properly, which was a bit stressful.

Horrible housekeeping
The stay was okay the only complaint I have is house keeping didn't come to my door the whole time , didn't clean my room or changed the bedding not once or empty the trash cans didn't give us any new towels nothing. House keeping was horrible.

Very nice place
The staff was great, and couldnt be more helpful. The grounds and the room were mostly great, although I thought the bed was a little hard and the pillows too small.

Very pleasant stay
The staff was outstandingly supportive to a T. The breakfast provided was far above what is typically available. The beds were somewhat hard, and thr pillows too small.

Clean, staff nice, breakfast good but the pool had way too much chemicals in it that caused our children’s eyes to burn and red rash on skin.

Loved it
It was very quiet and quite comfy. We ended up staying the night there after a horrible Air bnb stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were as expected and we slept so good we didn't want to get up. They had a variety of breakfast items.

The only issue I felt needs attention is the fan in the bathroom needs to be cleaned, it is covered with lots of dust particles.

The staff were incredibly nice. The breakfast was hot and better than expected. The rooms and everything else in the hotel seemed immaculately well-kept and clean. However, their pool’s chlorine concentration was so high, my daughter and her teammates all had intense skin irritation. My daughter’s hair changed colors and some of it is falling out. When we noticed this, the (very friendly) person at the front desk said their pool’s chlorine levels were a little high lately, though they didn’t mention this upon check in nor did they post signs. On top of that, the hotel ran out of hot water around 7:00 AM, leaving me with an ice-cold shower. I reported it to the front desk and they weren’t sure if it was an issue of too many people using hot water throughout the building simultaneously or if it was a glitch in the system. The water was hot again the following day with the same settings. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, especially when the facility is clearly well run otherwise - we just seemed to draw the short straw for our stay.

We have corrected the hot water issues to prevent cold showers for future stays. I am glad that our agent took care of you and removed the charges from your room for that night. Our pool chemicals are checked twice a week. I haven't heard any reports of the chlorine being high, but I have reached out to the pool company and requested them to come and do a thorough check on the chemicals in the pool. Nice location near a lot of shopping and dining options. You can hear some loud vehicles off the interstate but the clean rooms and wonderful breakfast make it a great place to stay.

Always Dependable
We stop in Winchester on our travels south and have come to really like the area. Springhill Suites offers a great breakfast and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We always use the pool and workout rooms to which are well equipt and kept clean.

Our room had stains on the decorative pillows, couch, and white counter tops. The exhaust fan in the bathroom had thick dust covering the vents. Overall the cleanliness could be improved compared to other similar prices hotels. (Tru) I would likely pick TRU next time as a preference.

Updated and Super Clean!
Updated room and super clean. Efficient use of space. Everything I needed for a quick one night stay on my way down south. The heated pool was peaceful and pleasurable after a long day in the car. Just big enough to do a few laps and stretch out. This hotel had great parking and is located next to any store you might need. Wonderful rest stop

great place to stay. Breakfast was better than other hotels that offer free breakfast because gave choice of traditional or health food breakfast items. Suggestion, make the sliding bathroom doors easier to pull back. Hard on seniors.
