The air-conditioning in the first room I became was malfunctioning. I reported this to the reception, and they promised to take care. During the same day the air-conditioning was not repaired, so next morning I reminded the reception regarding this issue. Upon returning to the hotel in the afternoon, I found out that A/C was still not working. Fortunately, this time I spoke to Vadima, who resolved the issue instantly, by providing a new room.
Apart from that service was satisfying, personnel polite, and the bar-restorant on the roof had excellent food and service.
