The front light was not working. Very poor lighting. I didn’t realize until quite late the entrance door the lock was broken so the only thing I could do was just latch it which made very uncomfortable so I didn’t sleep well

Bathroom sink faucet lever had a water leak. Reception was notified and it will get fixed. Other than that we had a great stay.

There was someone's hairs left on the bath tub ledge, it was very clear that there was patch jobs all around, and my sheet was so thin i could see through it to the mattress

I liked everything; however, getting ice in a bucket increasingly difficult to the point that, on my last night, they claimed to be out of ice. Incredible!

Comfortable... but...
The person who checked us in was excellent... quick and friendly. When we got to our room, it had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. Our only complaint is that it appeared that the room hadn't been vacuumed as there were nut shells on the floor and the hairdryer was quite dusty. In addition, when we put the toilet lid up, it came apart... which makes us wonder if the toilet had been cleaned? There just needs to be more attention to detail and this would be a great place.

A tad hard to find with construction in the area, but a nice place to stay for a night. Key cards worked sometimes had to get several new ones. Staff was friendly and the location was central to our needs.

Our stay started with being given the key to a room already occupied. Though our room reeked of a strong disinfectant spray, it was obvious the couch had not been vacuumed in awhile. The shower rod was coming away from the wall, there were no magnets on the curtain so our toiletries were sprayed each time someone showered. Sadly, no matter what shift it was, customer service was poor. No one smiled, made eye contact, offered simple greetings or asked how our stay was. We have stayed at many Super 8’s through the years and fortunately have not had this poor of an experience before.

It's easy to book. No drama. No issues with other people fast checkout. Has breakfast. Even tho they need to make there wake mix thicker then it would be perfect. Can take my dog. Hostess was really nice and she took me by surprise with some things :) will definitely start the again

Hot water in tub ran constantly and not just a trickle. We’re talking flow and full heat. Mold on the ceiling and faucet. Writing on the mirror that could only be in steam that there was plenty of. The throw on the bed was dirty and looked like human fluids. The bed side tables and the rest of the flat surfaces were dirty and could have been easily wiped off. Headboard had some kind of liquid that had dripped/run down and not cleaned off. Bed was comfortable.

Property was nice, room very clean and cool upon arrival. Front desk gentleman was kind, professional and very helpful. It was refreshing to watch someone multi task. Good stay, I highly recommend.

We liked the very nice and large room with king bed, fridge, microwave, and sink. Good location in town. Included breakfast was a waste of time. Basically just coffee, yogurt, bread, and peanut butter. Unfortunately safe didn’t work and staff had to replace the hair dryer, but they got right on it.

Worst stay on trip.
Ice machine , washer and dryer broke. Key was hard to use and door stuck. Desk clerk at night and in morning not very friendly and didn’t act too willing to help.

Hotel staff was ok, front desk gal couldn’t figure out the computer system, which cost us a lot of time. The room was ok, needs updated, had 2 TVs for whatever reason, I’m guessing one didn’t work. I guess I’d remove the old one but some folks are lazy. The jetted jacuzzi tub had seen better days, not kept up very well. Toilet lid wouldn’t stay open due to a counter over the top of the tank, makes no sense. Hardly any room when sitting on the toilet due to sink counter. The floor in the bathroom needs a good deep clean, the tile grout had black mold on it. And the toilet bowl had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Booked through hotels.com and figured it would have been a pain to swap rooms. We were on a time crunch to make it to a venue shortly after check in. Overall the hotel was just ok. Nothing great for sure
