Hello Marlin, thanks for the untruthful review! Because we had to ask you and your guests to leave the house since you did drink, party and listen load musics which you broke the house rules. We have clearly stated on the welcome notes that no drugs and parties will be allowed. But you still did party and disturbed the guests who stayed in the master suite and the neighbors. We clearly address that the guest house is for short term rental as well and it has its own entrance and bedroom and bathroom. You Do Not need to share your place with anyone and you have your private yard, porch and pool. The only thing to share is 2 walls. When you and your guests were parting and lisenling load music late at night(midnight), we got complaint from the guests and neighbors. And I immediately texted you to ask you to not party and listen loud music but you have never responded to me. So as the host on duty from that midnight, we had to ask you to leave. For thr room temperature that you claimed that you were not allowed to adjust, it is total lies. We wrote notes to staying guests that guests can adjust room temperature by themselves since the the cover is not locked. Please read the house rules before booking, and please No drugs, smoking, parties and trash the house since it shows how bad and unresponsive personals about you and your guests. You have been warned that You Are Not welcomed to the guests and we Do Not Want you back ! Please respect other short term rental houses operators since you are a liar and trashy person like the way you trashed our beautiful rental home! Shame on you and your guests!!!!

Please see the listing description: " There has a guest house on the opposite side of the main house for rental as well. Sometimes, you may hear some noises." We even let you know that you may hear some noises. For the heating pool you mentioned in your claim, did you see anywhere in the listing stating that the pool is heated? We DO NOT have heated pool. Please read the listing carefully before making your booking next time! By the way, if you have any dislikes, you should communicate with the host first to see if we can help you. However, you have never spoke to the host about your concerns. We consider this kind review is intentional negative approach that we don't deserve for it. Please read the most positive reviews that we have gotten about how clean and comfortable the pool home is and how convenient the location is. Plus we offer the most inexpensive nightly room rate for a pool home in Winter Park! We have ever had any guests who complained about the non-heated pool, because if you were looking for a heated pool house in this location, you should pay a lot more and again please ask the host first before making this booking!

Hello Kerry, thanks for your untruthful review about the cleanness of the house! You and other guests left the house without letting us know why. You messaged the host after you have already left and requested us for a refund. The host immediately messaged you back stating that we would clean the hairs and the ceiling fans that you were complaining right way, you did not even response. The pool company cleans the pool every Friday for once a week. If you see any tree leaves or debris, it is very common for this season in Florida and it is NOT because the pool dirty. Please DO NOT find excuses for your own dirty reasons why you left the house. It is NOT because the house it is because your plan was changed, and it is NOTHING to do with the house. Please be honest to yourself and save yourself some time next time if you travel. Please at least communicate with the host before you decide to leave the house since we try to make every guest happy while staying although it is hard to please everyone. We DO NOT handle any refunds since we are not the one to charge you when you book, so as the host told you that you need to contact Vrbo. We want the next short term rental owner and host to know that DO NOT rent to Kerry and their guests. They are liars and they will try to get refund not because your house because of their own issues.

Hello Kim, as the host, I have tried my best to accommodate your stay however it seemly did not meet your requirements. The toilet clogging issues were not control by us and it was caused by guests who were throwing bigger items in the toilet and in the sinks. I did fix it for you, if not, I always call the plumbing company to fix the issues. For the TV missing cable of the Roku box, I did order the whole package that time, and it was not delivered on time, I apologize for it. And we have the new Roku cables now and all TV work perfectly. Not sure which guests took the Roku cables, but we tried our best to get it fixed. We also wrote it in our house note book stating that DO NOT TOUCH the TV cables. Again, thanks for your feedbacks but it does not show the true value of the pool home. Please check our other reviews since for the lowest price and the cleanest standard there is no homes like this pool home in Winter Park. Thanks again for your stay! Host: Snow

Hello Connie, thanks for the feedbacks! We are doing our best to satisfy every guest's needs, however it seems like impossible sometimes since everyone needs something differently. For the AC control, we wrote in the notebook to notice stating guests that you can freely adjust the AC temperature and I see you did adjust it at very low temperature during your stay. As your host, I noticed you have left your mini fan turning on while you were not in the house and not sure why it was necessary to have a fan in the house since the house was supper cold already. The toilet clogged by guests who threw almost everything to the toilet. As your host, I tried my best to help you to fix the clogging issues and did not blame that you might have caused the clogging issues. Again, we keep the house very comfortable and clean for guests to travel and stay in here. If it is not big enough and modern enough for you, it means that you should more money to book a bigger house because our nightly price is the lowest for a house with a pool. Please check our other reviews because those reviews were showing the true value of the rental house for its considerably low nightly price, not sure you could find somewhere like here with the best location and cleanest standard at the lowest price. We do have another guest house rental on another side, and we wrote it in guest notebook to notice guests clearly and you did read it, not sure how you could say that you did not know which was a lie. As a host, it is hard to see guest who try to not follow the house rules but tried to be dishonest for their misbehaviors. As a host, I have to speak from the truth. Hello Rachel, thank you for the review ! As I mentioned to you, the reason why we don't allow guests to adjust room temperature up and down. Because some guests would like to adjust it down to the lowest temperature like 67 and and some guests like to adjust it up very high and it will break the AC system eventually. To fix or replace the AC system will cost us a fortune! We offer to all guests for free adjustments at anytime during the day and you could just simply ask me to adjust it for you.
