Encerrada en el hotel , sin dormir y horrible serv
Mi experiencia ha sido horrible , primero al llegar nos dice que no podemos usar las instalaciones porque necesitamos prueba PCR , lo cual en Hotel pone que prueba o Vacuna , después en la habitacion de 3 personas , solo había para dos y el servicio para traer toallas ect tardo muchisimo a pesar de indicarle que teníamos que descansar que nuestro vuelo salía temprano , también tuvimos una pelea al lado de la habitación nuestra en la madrugada y no pudimos dormir nada , el hotel muy bonito pero por la experiencia tan horrible no pienso volver jamás

Poor hotel, stay.
Check in ok, room sink was plugged shut and I waited 4-5 hours to fix that. Wall electrics didn't work. Kettle was broken. Buffet meal was a poor choice and without taste. We ate a starter then left. Excessive noise in the corridors then I had to argue with neighbours to stop shouting.

Rooms are business like and a bit out dated- toliet seat broken in bathroom. Pool is nice, however sun loungers require an update. Cyan beach is a 10 min walk away or a golf cart- no bar or restaurant at Cyan beach. Staff very friendly, breakfast nice and stills restaurant offers good fare. Yas waterfront is a ten min walk away and lots ofgpod restaurants.

I've stayed at several places on Yas Island and this hotel was gorgeous. Very polite and helpful staff, great breakfast, very happy with my stay. I come into town 2 or 3 times a year, and I will stay here again.

He was very dismissive when I asked about the facilities amenities, and refused to acknowledge my IHG status when I gave him my membership number for the points rewards. Time for a refresh
My room was very tired and in need of renovation. The sliding patio doors were stiff and extremely difficult to open and close. The veneer was starting to come off the furniture. And every time I used the shower the bathroom floor ended up saturated. All fundamental things that should not happen at a top hotel.

General level of service in this hotel was disappointing from the welcome at reception to the service at breakfast. Bar service on our first night was terrible. This feels more like a three star hotel. A lot of avoidable customer service issues. Won’t be back. Try the Radisson next door!

The hotel and pool was beautiful. They have very polite staff. The bed was hard and the cleaning staff tried to come in the room at 8pm to do the daily cleaning.
