El hotel tiene todo para que te sientas cómodo, además de contar con muchas facilidades para personas con necesidades especiales y es pet frendly. El desayuno que está incluido en la tarifa es bastante bueno y abundante. Sus otros platillos a la carta también son deliciosos. Una gran ventaja es su ubicación, cercano a los lugares importantes de York y puedes llegar a pie a todos lados

Great location, nice place, they were really nice and helped by upgrading since my mother was using walking aid. No need to ask they were really understanding, the receptionists are really nice and helpful. You get a nice full breakfast in the morning. Overall great experience, you can walk to it from the station a 15m walk or walk to town also. We walked all the way to the castle and it fine to do it from the hotel if you like walking. We are happy we picked this option.

Perfect position and literally only steps away from the Minster. Easy access to the typical York city centre ancient shopping streets. The hotel itself is comfortable and well appointed, and the staff were helpful and charming. The only negative point is the minuscule lift which barely holds two people and a suitcase. Valet parking is an additional bonus

The location was fantastic, right next door to York Minster. Did not like the heat in our top floor bedroom. The room was very comfortable and pleasant and air conditioning was supplied and helped a lot. However we were still very warm!

Great stay staff lovely and room lovely but the only let down for me was the breakfast if you don’t eat fried food or eggs there is not much more choice! The Inn Collection hotels always used to have a fruit platter which was great but they do not do fruit at all now which is a great shame

The person checking us in gave us a room with a view over the Minister which was great. The person who served us breakfast didn't seem to like being there, but breakfast was good.

Great hotel overlooking the Minster and with a very easy walk to all attractions and the railway station. Welcoming staff, warm, cosy and clean room, great breakfast - all round lovely!

Lovely stay
Lovely hotel with a nice atmosphere and very clean throughout. The room we stayed in was beautiful & spacious. Plenty of chioce to eat at breakfast and i must say very nice too. The staff are extremely nice & helpful. We also had Sunday lunch while we stayed and im so glad we did, it was delicious 😋 Can't wait to make our 4th visit here as it very central to where we need to be.

Stayed one night during the week. The staff were very friendly and met all our needs. The hotel facilities were very good given the age and history of the building. I was aware of a kitchen extractor in a void at the back of my room but it didnt disturb my sleep. The location is excellent for sight seeing york but there are no parking spaces on site. Vehicles are valet parked once you arrive and returned in about 10 minutes when requested. Hotel food was good but there are plenty of interesting restaurants within easy walking distance. Overall i was happy with my choice and would stay again!

Excellent property in a great location, with a warm and fabulous welcome (thank you Frank). The room we stayed in was large, comfortable and had everything expected. The only criticism would be the excessive parking charges. Thankfully we were aware of the and took the decision to accept, but still excessive. A great stay in a recommended property.

Was my 2nd time staying there in a few years but on my last visit I wasn’t happy with the bed. It was two beds pushed together however I booked a double bed online

Highly recommend staying here, my room was big and spacious, nicely decorated too. Breakfast was really nice too, whilst sitting you had a great view of the Minster. Great location too for the shops, Shambles etc. Thank you

So convenient in the heart of the city. Easy walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Used the valet parking, very easy and quick - saved us a lot of effort in finding parking. Staff were great and the meals delicious.

A lovely hotel we had a very comfortable 2 night stay, staff all first class, room was well equipped with everything you would need. Location was excellent.
