Todo bien, excepto que me hicieron 3 veces el cargo de depósito en garantía más otro cargo por la mitad del depósito, solo espero que mi devolución quede reflejado en tiempo.

Todo en orden y limpio. Exquisito el desayuno y variado. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. En general mi recomendación en las 2 ocasiones que me quede muy buenas a pesar de la pandemia

Puede ser perfecto.
I Think the cleaning supervisor should do his job better because cleanliness is not the best. Breakfast should be a bit more varied because everyday the same is Boring. And they must have all the doors in operation as they had been damaged. If These remarks are taken into account it would be perfect.

Was overall ok… staff especially Michelle was absolute amazing and kind. The one rest to Change the sheets on my room because my son had an accident was not done. Although I asked at 8am, it was not completed upon my return to the hotel at 2 PM. At that time, I was advised that housekeeping had left for the day and was given sheets to change them myself.

Got into our room 30mins early. It was great. Staff was so great. Super friendly even complemented my husband and I on our evening attire. Great play definitely staying again.

Our room was clean and very spacious. There were some strange smells out in the hallway and we had people next to us that seem to be traveling with a large group of people. There was a lot of knocking on doors of all hours of the day and night

Our room was not very clean, the fridge made such a bad noise we had to unplug it, zero noise cancellation from room to hallway n vise versa. Breakfast was …ehh.

Had car issues and ended up being stuck in York over night. Reasonable price, rooms are updated and very clean. Good breakfast. Staff was very kind.

Elevator was broken. Breakfast was awful with hardly any choices. I could hear the person snoring in the next room over.

I would pick another hotel
Average looking hotel. I was charged twice on my stay (once by hotels.com and once by the hotel) so I need to call to solve this. The fridge was making weird, loud noises and you could hear cars passing on the highway. Also, the people staying in the room next to us decided to have a very loud party starting around 11 pm. I called the reception several times. When they answered, I was asked to go and knock on my neighbor's door. When I refused, they said that they would call them but didn't do anything. I called again after seeing that there was no action and asked to be moved to another room. They agreed, but I was asked to go downstairs (the elevator was not working) and get my key. We left in the morning and they did not even apologize for it. Breakfast only starts at 7 am so we missed that too given the need to leave around 6:30 am. Overall, not a good experience.
