Perfect location
The property was perfect for our visit to my Marine son stationed at MCAS Yuma. It was close to the base and everything in town. Very clean and comfy. It was nice for my son to get off base and relax. It was Nice to be able to grill dinner for him and a couple of his friends. The putting greens are a nice touch for some family fun.

Perfect rental property
The property was perfectly located for us and had everything we needed for our stay in Yuma. A lovely property, quiet neighborhood, with a relaxing shaded patio. Located near the airpot we were afraid the planes would keep us up at night. As it turned out, it was day two before we even remembered to listen, so they certainly didn't bother us at all. The putting greens in the yard were a fun perk as well. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Yuma townhouse
Very clean townhouse. This is our second year staying here. Everything is as advertised, and very nicely furnished. One thing to consider is its proximity to the Yuma Marine Corps air station, It can be a bit noisy at times. As a retired pilot, it was no problem for me, but some be bothered. Only during daylight, however. We will return again next year.

Cure, clean and comfortable
The property was exactly as pictured and described. I recommend Karen as a host anytime and would return. She was more than easy to work with. She checked in on us to make sure we got in and sent the instructions separately to make it easier for us to access the property. The property is easy to find with good access to all of Yuma. It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to I-10. I give this property and host the highest score and feedback. Thank you for being flexible as well.

Yuma visit
This was our second visit to Yuma and to Karen's home. Her willingness to help did not disappoint. There was plenty of room when family visited and once again, we relaxed and enjoyed meals and playing games on the patio. Stores are conveniently located for quick shopping, but many amenities were all ready provided. When we hear about some other VRBOs we realize how lucky we are to stay here. Thank you, Karen!

Oasis in Yuma
The condo is very clean and well equipped for cooking and relaxing. It is roomy, centrally located and has a comfortable covered porch in the back with a fun putting green. Good working a/c and comfortable beds. Nice community pool for cooling off. The hosts are great to work with. We would certainly stay again.

Amazing property!
I had one employee stay here for 10 weeks, he absolutely loved the property!! The house was immaculate, it had everything you could need for a long stay and was in a great location. The owner, Karen was incredible, she made the experience for my intern really comfortable, we will definitely try to rent this again next year!

Helpful and accommodating
If you'd like to spend a vacation in a great house you would approve of this one - with plenty of room and amenities. Plus, our visiting family enjoyed eating and playing games on the patio, and our niece especially liked scoring a hole-in-one on the putting green. A nearby golf course rated high on the list for the guys! We don't have a Dillard's where we live, so we definitely liked shopping there plus some other stores in Yuma. Karen Bagby was very helpful and accommodating!

Clean, attractive, and convenient
The property was very nice and had everything we needed. I was terribly disappointed, though, to find the pool is not heated and freezing cold in March. Swimming and lounging by the pool are a big part of a winter getaway for me. I think this should be noted in the property description.

HI Susan, I'm sorry about the pool not being heated. I never thought to write in the description that it is not heated. I will be sure to mention it. In Yuma, usually the pools that are heated are hotel pools and RV park pools. I guess it is very expensive to heat so most HOAs don't pay to have the pool heated.

This was a very nice place inside and out. We loved the patio with the ceiling fan especially on the warmer days. The backyard with the put-put golfing was great as well. Neat and clean which we expected from previous experience staying at one of Karen’s homes. We will definitely stay again!

Yuma in the Summer
We were in Yuma for work. Weather was HOT, but the townhouse was a great place to come back to each day. Loved having a garage to put the car into each day. Nicely appointed. Lots of little extras, like a popcorn maker, popcorn to pop, a couple of bottles of wine. It even had a little putting green in the backyard. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was spotless and had everything we could possibly need or want. Great bed. Great shower. Lovely backyard. When we came home late one evening to learn we'd carelessly locked ourselves out , Karen answered our late night call and helped us get into the townhouse. She is always pleasant and helpful. We only stay at her places when in Yuma.
