We had an absolutely amazing 6 nights. I shared a classic double with my ten year old and the room was perfect for the two of us. The staff is wonderful. We cannot wait to return next year.

This was a world class experience. Perhaps the finest customer service I have ever encountered. Superb on every level. I was truly spoiled, and would very much like to one day return to the Hotel Zermatterhof.

Hotel Espetacular
Incrível hospedagem no Grand Hotel Zermatterhof, ficamos hospedados por 2 dias, no final da nossa viagem, após 7 dias de Snow/ski, muito bem localizado, bem central, o hotel oferece ainda transfer de/para estação. Atendimento muito bom de todos, jantamos 1 dia no restaurante michelin, com excelente comida e atendimento, e outro no saycheese muito bom também. Café da manha maravilhoso com teto de vidro muito legal também. Minha noiva esqueceu um gorro, entramos em contato com o hotel que fez de tudo e nos ajudou a encontrar e vai nos enviar via correio. Com certeza quando voltar a Zermatt ficaremos hospedados nele, espetacular

Um Luxo!
Foi nossa segunda vez em Zermatt, a mais encantadora cidade da Suíça. O Hotel é um luxo. Fica em local privilegiado da cidade, muito bem localizado e com o requinte de um ambiente clássico. O café da manhã é inesquecível! Quarto muito confortável e tudo que um hotel 5 estrelas precisa ter. Gostaria muito de poder voltar. Tudo perfeito!!! 👏👏👏👏👏

All the staff are super prompt and friendly, especially the staff handling breakfast, spa who makes me feel very welcomed! Fast check in ans thanks to the staff handling my check in, for the free upgrade. The one bedroom is super nice and big and everything looks so wonderful. Housekeeping is very diligent and do housekeeping twice a day. Breakfast is very good, gym is very good, the whole hotel looks magnificient and grand (wow). Would definitively love to stay in there again, its the best hotel i ever stayed in switzerland so far.

Check-in was poor, we were not picked up at train station as promised. Also, room was not ready, and when concierge gave us room key , again room still needed to be cleaned ☹️. However, after manager intervened, all great. He gave us an upgrade (suite), with Matterhorn view😊👍. Thereafter, everything great, wonderful staff and excellent breakfast.

This hotel is extraordinary. The rooms are beautiful, the restaurants are excellent and the staff simply outstanding. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Zermatt.

Wonderful Hotel
The treatment was special from the time we left the taxi. Paolo’s warming reception made the difference with other hotel’s staff: courteous, professional yet friendly, and his presence and disposition were stunning. This is my fourth stay in Zermatt and the best at this great hotel.

It was a wonderful room with a view. The staff were helpful, had made reservations prior to our arrival communicating by email. The restaurant manager at Luci was amazing, as was the food. The highlight was the piano player Giovanni and the singer, who performed every evenin.
