This property is overrated. What you see in the photographs, when you arrive is not how you think. I regretted it, I think in Zermatt there are better options for a lower price and a more accurate location !!!!

Gediegenes Familienhotel
Wir hatten als 4-köpfige Familie ausreichend Platz im 2-Zimmer- Appartement. Praktisch war die komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine.. Das aufs Zimmer gelieferte Frühstück war zwar praktisch, ist aber nicht vergleichbar mit einem reichhaltigen Frühstücksbüffet. Ein Skilift ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die anderen müssen mit dem Taxi angefahren werden. Der Spabereich, leider erst ab 16 Jahren zugelassen, ist sehr gut, auch die Hotelbar sehr gemütlich.Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Ortszentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Absolutely loved The Firefly. Staff was very kind and super helpful. The Spa was very clean and had all the good stuff🤗. Great views from our beautiful room and it was quiet. Easy walk to the shops and restaurant and short walk to the glacier express gondola. I can’t say enough about The Firefly. Definitely going back!

Great Place in Zermatt!
Firefly is a wonderful place in a great location with outstanding service. Our family of 5 really enjoyed the extra space versus traditional hotel rooms. The common spaces were fun and inventive, the finishes high end, the breakfast convenient and delicious. Thank you for a great stay.

einfach top - jederzeit gerne wieder
Tolle Juniorsuite mit Balkon und grosszügigem Bad, leckeres Frühstück auf dem Zimmer, schöner Wellnessbereich, freundliches Personal. Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Perfect stay! Hotel is extremely clean and thoughtful. Spa and pool are luxurious and relaxing! Warming room, aroma therapy steam room, beautiful pool, nice! High end furnishing and bedding. Close distance to lift and views of Matterhorn right outside the door. Bar looks amazing. Our family very much enjoyed our stay.

One of my favorite hotels I stayed at in Switzerland. Hotel is very unique and the staff show great attention towards guest. Awesome pool and hot tub. The hotel has a cozy bar with a variety of drinks and a massive amount of different Gins. Will definitely stay at this location again.

The property is spectacular and one of the best in Zermatt. Facilities are excellent with a great indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi. The gym is great. It was an excellent bar which is super popular. Most of all, the service is world class. Staff is amazing. Room were very spacious.

Perhaps the most welcoming experience that we have had. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Location is very good, walking distance to lifts and to a broad range of restaurants. The pool and jacuzzi have a unique vibe. Highly recommended as a top choice in Zermatt.

Friendly staff greeted us at train station. Loaded all our luggage and even delivered to the room. Fantastic suite. Breakfast delivered to the room every morning! Bartender makes fantastic cocktails! Several deer came to visit every morning! Will definitely stay again💕😀

Sehr freundliches Service-Personal. Die Beratung am Desk war sensationell, auch die Auskünfte für Restaurants war super. Wir werden es jederzeit wieder empfehlen. Besonderes Highlight ist das reichliche und am Vorabend wählbare Frühstück auf dem Zimmer.

객실은 넓었지만 매우 청결했고 매일 하우스키핑 후 잘 정돈된 침구와 방상태는 만족스러웠다. 1층에 있는 사우나가 인상적이었는데 수영장, 건식과 습식 사우나 자쿠지 등 스키 후 피로를 풀기에 적합했다. 로비에 있는 바에서 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었고 친절한 스텝들 덕분에 편안한 여행을 할 수 있었다.

스키여행에 완벽한 숙소
4년전 방문 후 두번째방문 이었다. 일행들 모두 매우 만족해 했다. 우선 방마다 욕실이 있어 여러명이 사용하기 편리했고 주방엔 모든 주방도구가 갖춰져있어 매일 직접 저녁식사를 준비할 수 있었다. 거실에는 벽나로와 커다란 쇼파가 있어 휴식을 취하기에 완벽한 장소 였다. Furi 곤도라와 5분정도의 거리에 있어 매일 아침 스키타러 가기에 최적의 장소 였다고 생각한다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고 매일 아침 객실에 준비되는 아침식사는 매우 훌륭했다.

3 Übernachtungen im Firefly
Der Aufenthalt im FireFly lässts nichts zu Wünschen übrig. Das Zimmer ist gross und geräumig. Das Frühstück wird jeden Morgen zur gewünschten Zeit im Zimmer serviert. Der Spa und Wellness Bereich ist grosszügig und sauber. Wir kommen wieder!

We had an AMAZING stay at hotel Firefly. The staff and owners were very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure that all our needs were met. The breakfast was outstanding quality and quantity. The whole hotel including gym, spa and pool were cleaned to a very high standard. We would highly recommend this hotel.
