Guest House Daniela is run by a lovely couple who clearly take pride in the place. We visited in September 2023. Everything was clean, towels were changed every 2 days and there was a lovely shared kitchen and patio area. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the sea (and water polo area) and a fridge. The small bathroom but perfectly fine for our needs and toilet paper was supplied. Excellent air con which I particularly appreciated. It's about a 1 minute walk to the nearest bar (Gusar) and despite overlooking this we were never bothered with excessive noise in the evenings (rooms are double glazed). Mlini and the adjoining Srebreno are really lovely, quiet beaches, shady woodland and several really good restaurants and bars. It's a quiet place which is exactly what we wanted. 10minutes by Uber from the airport (€12-15) and 30mins by boat into Dubrovnic Old Town (€15 return pp). Taxi dropped us off on the main road above the village but you can also be dropped outside bar Gusar or at the hotel which avoids having to climb down a lot of stairs to sea level, which was a bit of a chore with suitcases etc. The guest house is also host to a lovely dog and several beautiful cats, all well looked after and happy to join you for breakfast. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and at a very reasonable price too. We hope to return one day.

The accommodation was clean and In a good location. The scenery was beautiful. We bought boat tickets to Dubrovnik from the owner of the accommodation. However, the accommodation shared the previous years schedule, we missed last boat, so we had to return by taxi from Dubrovnik. When leaving, we asked to order a taxi to the airport and we got an unoffical taxi, which was significantly wore expencive than an official taxi. These experiences left a negative image of the owners of the accommodation. Otherwise it was nice place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Guest House Daniela! Daniela and her husband were lovely and the view from our room was incredible. Overall, it was clean and comfortable and very close to a bus stop to the Old Town of Dubrovnik.

The hotel is around 15 minutes drive to dubrovnik The location isn't bad but a bit boring as not much to do around There is parking onsite and the owner is very friendly and helpful Be aware of accessibility as there are some stairs up to the property and not lifts inside The room was tiny , the bathroom was very small too and a bit outdated The view from the balcony was amazing though

Trevligt bemötande av värden, mysigt ställe med sin egen berså omringad av olivträd. Jag hade utsikt ut över havet, hyfsat enkelt rum med delad kyl och toalett. Kan varmt rekommendera detta lilla hotell.

Guest House Daniela was a nice spot to stay in to have a swim in the sea & visit neighboring Dubrovnik. They were very helpful with my luggage and parking although be prepared to walk A LOT of stairs.

Full of character, fabulous full sea views from a large balcony. Superb hair conditioning and instant WiFi connection. The wonderful couple that own the apartment can’t do enough for you, truly lovely people (and we loved Mr Ronny the Labrador)

A gem!
Amazing little guest house owned by the cutest couple. Perfect location right in Mlini with beaches, restaurants and a few bars outside the door. Quiet village but Dubrovnik only 20 mins away with car, boat or bus. Highly recommend!

Nice family-run hotel in a great seaside village.
Nice family run hotel. Daniela and her husband could not have been more welcoming. Room was functional, though would have liked a larger balcony. Self-catering with access to a shared kitchen. Would have liked a fridge in the room, but there was access to a shared fridge on the landing outside the room. Mlini is a lovely little seaside village, perfect for a short break with plenty of places to eat and drink.

Bra läge, i charmig by! Värdparet var helt fantastiskt serviceminded och rara. Bil rekommenderas ej då det knappt finns parkering och är trångt i byn.

Setting for the property is beautiful. We had a room with sea view and it was the most amazing view. Weather wasn't so brilliant though! Room is clean. Overall, it is an excellent value for money and the owners are very helpful. The husband does transfers from and to the airport. That's most convenient! I would certainly recommend this property for anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Plenty of walks around the towns.

Daniela and her family are super nice and welcoming. They were very helpfull and picked us up/ brought us also back to the airport. No matter what kind of questions you had, they were always there to answer questions (restaurants, supermarket, travel etc.).

Excellent location. The steps down from the house land you at the sea front. Beaches to the right and left. 2 minuets walk to boat for Dubrovnik and Cavtat. Delightful 10 minuet walk to large supermarket. 10 minute walk up to bus stop. Lovely views from terrace. We shared the kitchen with 2 other rooms and found it to be reasonably well equipped. Own fridge, good size. Towels renewed every second day. The owners were very helpful, friendly and discreet. A nice feel to the place.

Vi valde att bo utanför Dubrovnik och Mlini passade oss perfekt. Vi fick ett väldigt vänligt bemötande av ägarna som även gav oss tips på sevärdheter i närområdet. Inte långt ifrån boendet fanns flera mindre stränder. Det fanns en del restauranger att välja på - givetvis inte i samma mängd som i Dubrovnik men bl a Marinero som vi blev tipsade om av värdparet höll hög klass i mysig miljö. 150 meter från huset ligger hamnen där vi tog en taxibåt till Dubrovnik för en dagstur. Boendet sålde biljetter till denna båt. Närmsta matvarubutik låg ca 15 minuter ifrån boendet till fots. + Värdparet tog mycket väl hand om oss + Närhet till taxibåt, restauranger och mindre stränder + Fantastisk utsikt över havet - Långt att ta sig till närmsta matvarubutik till fots

Amazing location and lovely hosts
The room had amazing views and was so close to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel at home. They were very useful for recommendations and help with our further travels. Had a lovely time in Mlini and would love to return to guest house Daniela!

Great Guest House
Great Guest House, very helpful and friendly owners. Close to the harbour for the water taxis and excursion boats. Restaurants and Bars are only a 5 minute walk away. Beware if you have mobility issues are there are quite a few steps (51) to get up to the Guest House. Hotel wifi was great covered all rooms and areas.

Guest house owners were very welcoming and friendly. Room was spotlessly clean with sheets and towels changed during our week. Shared kitchen with kettle and microwave with a lovely shaded terrace overlooking the bay. Right in the centre of Mlini on the harbour with a short stroll to restaurants and bars. Had a lovely time we will be back.

We had lovely week with Daniela and her family, they made us feel at home. Mlini is a peaceful village with good restaurants and easy access to Dubrovnik. Highly recommended, we will definitely go back

Amazing views!
Daniela and Marko were great---nice warm welcome and he took us to the airport early on our departure date--lovely view from balcony. Nearby harbour is convenient to get to Dubrovnik.Some nice restaurants nearby( Lanterna) in Mlini.If coming by bus #10, walk back about 150 meters to 2 nd road going down to sea (Dragiceva) and walk down--actually a path with a lot of stairs--so if you have heavy suitcases may be better to take a taxi to the front of the house and walk up. Good clean beaches nearby. It was a lovely stay--thank you!

Great place, feels like home
Great guest house that ticks all the boxes, nice room with the sea view, comfortable beds, peaceful and quiet. Convenient location, buses and boats running near , shops and all the amenities. 10 mins walk from the beach, can't ask for more! Great host family, Daniela and her husband are charming people and of course dog called Roni, he took our heart! :) Would defenetly recommend the place if you are looking for peaceful place to stay for a good value of money! Miss it already, definitely will be back one day!
