If you are stuck for choice
This hotel is unfortunately not really worth the money and anybody wishing to stay in Horgen would do much better in the Hotel Schwan which is cheaper, more charming, better maintained, and has a much better restaurant. The rooms are acceptable but for the price should be far better - I have paid half the price and found far superior alternatives (though this is difficult in Switzerland to be fair!). The air conditioning/heating system in my room was noisy, the pillows are about as thick as folding a sheet of paper in half, and the shower was disappointingly lacking in pressure (unless you like showering in cold water). Breakfast was quite basic and the hot drinks systems made it rather slow. The view over the lake is the one highlight from the top floor.

Todo bien,pero le falta aire acondicionado.
En la habitación pasamos calor,teniendo Que dormir con la ventana abierta. Se pidió un ventilador,pero no se hacia Nada. Un hotel de cuatro estrellas , no puede Estar sin aire acondicionado. Esta es mi opinión, lo mejor es el agua Fría que sale de los grifos ,siendo esta Muy saludable.

Muy buena comunicación, por tren o barco población
Muy buena, la atención del eso al inmejorable. Deberían mejorar la variedad del desayuno, incluyendo, por ejemplo, fruta.

excellent service!
Our visit was during this covid time so things were a bit reduced but the service was excellent, friendly and they went out of their way to make our stay the best possible. So based on their customer service alone i would thoroughly recommend this hotel

the location served my needs pretty well, since it has a free indoor parking lot, affordable prices, breakfast was great while the view was breathtaking, staff were friendly and helpful, transportation is so easy from the hotel since there were a metro station within a couple of steps, lots of dining options and grocery stores.

poorly operated, not worth the money
One of the worst hotels I've ever experienced. No refrigerator, no sleeper, no complimentary water, cheapie and uncomfortable chairs, two many loud group travlers. Clerks were variant; some were very uneducated. Overall, not worth the money.
