Era mi septima vez en este Hotel y quede muy decepcionado. me dieron un tipo de habitación a lo que habia reservado, despues de expresar mi descontento me cambiaron a otra algo mas grande pero era también del tipo confort y yo he reservado y pagado superior. Voy a reclamar a Hoteles.com la diferencia de tarifa.

Hotel con buena ubicación sin más
Habitación muy pequeña y cuarto de baño incómodo. Faltaba limpieza en muchos detalles..papeleras por fuera..puerta con chorretones..etc. No hay un enchufe al lado de la cama. Buena ubicación. Desayuno correcto sin gran variedad en dulce. Personal amable.

Muy limpio, renovado, café nespresso y agua de cortesía en la habitación, buen wifi, cama cómoda, muy céntrico y a pocos minutos a pie de la estación de tren. Por poner un pero diría que falta un enchufe cerca de la cama.

Ubicación perfecta
Llegamos al hotel luego de bajar del tren y caminando solo 3 cuadras. Nos estaba esperando la recepcionista con nuestro check in preparado. La habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa y si bien estábamos arriba de un pub al cerrar la ventana no se escuchaba absolutamente nada. Desayuno muy rico y con muy buena atención.

Correcto tres estrellas a 5' de la estación
Correcto tres estrellas muy próximo a la estación central de trenes, dónde hay trenes directos al aeropuerto cada pocos minutos (10'). El hotel está a 15' paseando del centro historico y a unos 20' del puerto. El hotel tiene unas habitaciones algo pequeñas pero suficientes para dos o tres dias, con armario, cafetera y wifi gratis. los desayunos son hasta las 10am pero si bajas cerca de esa hora te encontrarás con que faltan algunas cosas. La bollería es solo aceptable. Tiene menu de almohadas. Amable personal de recepción

Central, functional and clean hotel
It is a functional and central located near the central station in Zurich. Everything is fine, but for business travellers some things are missing. However, breakfast is standard but nice to have and rooms a bit tiny and air aconditioning not working so well, specially if you go on July/August dates.

Estuve 2 noches, el hotel está cerca de la estación de trenes HB, ubicación muy cómoda para transportarse a diferentes lugares. El desayuno es adecuado, comida sana, y variada para una estancia corta. La atención de todo el personal es muy cortés.

Breakfast is vegan-ish, but we managed to have a good breakfast daily. great location for walking, shopping, etc. Zurich central train station is a short 5 min walk. 1 minute from local train junction. staff was great, room was spacious. would stay again.

Very close to train station and street full of restaurants. Offers complimentary popsicles. Wasn't used to a room with no aircon this summer so the curtain is recommended to be shut.

The hotel is really close to Zurich HB which makes it really easy to go around Zurich as well as any tours from Zurich. Area near hotel has tons of restaurants and shopping. Rooms are decent. We had a problem with our bathroom drain which caused a lot of spillage. Staff tried to help but kind of punted that it can be cleaned and fixed next day only. This was disappointing and we had to make do with towels on the floor to clean up. Seems like they don’t have much housekeeping staff beyond the day time.

Ich war überrascht von diesem sehr gemütlichen EZ mit wunderbarer Sicht. Meine jahrelange Erfahrung hat mir leider gezeigt, dass EZ oft, sehr oft Abstellkämmerlein sind. Hier im Rütli also eine wirkliches Highlight.

No le gustó: Limpieza, servicio y personal, servicios y condiciones de la propiedad
We couldnt sleep as there were too many people gathering nearby our hotel and screaming for the whole night. Till 2am we were still awake. Next morning woke up we saw rubbish and bottles on the floor outside our hotel. Not recommended this hotel to family travellers.
