Lieber Zürichberg-Gast Es ist sehr schade zu lesen, dass Sie mit unserer Dienstleistung nicht zufrieden waren. Unsere Zimmerreinigung wird von unseren Gästen ständig gelobt, da unsere Zimmermädchen jederzeit auf das Detail achten. Sollte dennoch einmal etwas nicht in Ordnung sein, dürfen Sie sich jederzeit bei uns, somit können wir den Fehler umgehend beheben. Das Zürichberg-Team hat ein gemeinsames Ziel – täglich das Beste zu geben, um für unsere Gäste der perfekte Gastgeber zu sein und ihnen ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zu zaubern. Daher bedauern wir umso mehr, dass wir Sie mit unserer Leidenschaft für die Gastfreundschaft nicht begeistern konnten. Wir werden Ihre Bewertung selbstverständlich im Team besprechen. Tranquilidad y bien conectado con el centro
Es un excelente hotel e las colinas de Zurich con una vista espectacular. Hay dos tranvias que te llevan al cetro de la ciudad (Bellevue, Bahnhofstrasse, Limmatquai, Hauptbahnhogf). El persoal es muy amable y dispuesto para resiolver qualquier asunto. Además: Parqueadero gratis ... excelente buffet de desayuno.

ERROR GARRAFAL DEL HOTEL: no tienen aire acondicionado. Pille una ola de calor este mes de Julio y en la habitación habían 36 grados. Un Hotel HIPER CARO como este, no puede permitirse no tener aire acondicionado por si acaso en verano LIMPIEZA: PERFECTO

muy bueno!
Si bien está algo lejos del centro el tranvía te lleva en 20 minutos. El hotel tiene una vista espectacular y el servicio es muy bueno.

Hotel ideal para visitarZurich
Hotel ideal para visitar Zurich,aunque no se encuentra en el centro tiene un tranvia que pasa cada 7 minutos a pocos metros del hotel y te situa en el centro. Tomarse un refresco por la tarde contemplando las maravillosas vistas desde la terraza del bar no tiene precio. Personal amable y hotel muy cuidado. Por poner un pero falta de conocimiento por parte del personal de recepcion para recomendar un restaurante o excursón. Sin duda volveria a elegir este hotel si vuelvo a Zurich.

Second time back! Love the location, amenities, beauty and peacefulness. Close to everything but also backs up to a forest with trails for easy hiking and nature walks. Breakfast buffet out of this world! By far one of my favorite places to stay!

Great location, some (minor) drawbacks
Great view on city and lake, next to a forest for a walk or sports, good breakfast, room spacious. No gym or anything on site, they send you to the city center where you can buy an entrance... Staff (mostly Germans) rather unfriendly and careless, should work on their attitude... Hotel in fairly good shape, although some things were falling apart (loose screws, wardrobe scratched, dirt in the corners, etc.)

Durch die offene Lücke von ca. 2 cm unter der Zimmertür hörte man leider jedes Geräusch vom Korridor her.

Nie wieder.
Bei 2 unterschiedlichen Reisen bucht man ueber hotels.com ein Doppelzimmer und bekommt beim 2. Besuch nicht mehr das gleiche Zimmer, wie beim ersten Male, trotz Ankündigung jnd Erklärung. Sorell kennt wohl keine Kundenzufriedenheit, sollten mal was von Amerikanische oder Japanische Kundenorientierung lernen. Sind sehr erstaunt von diesen Handeln. Sorell Hotel ist nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren Fan, aber jetzt nicht mehr. Nehmt das *THE DOLDER GRAND* , ist nur 5 min entfernt, dort ist alles Besser.

Wahrscheinlich hat man Ihnen beim ersten Aufenthalt ein Upgrade gegeben und es war bei Ihren zweiten Aufenthalt leider nicht mehr möglich, da es kein Zimmer mehr zur Verfügung hatte. Das tut uns sehr leid. Kundenzufriedenheit hat für uns oberste Priorität. Wir verstehen Ihren Unmut. Modern building, located on a hill top. Complimentary breakfast was great, especially for the location which is quite far from everything else. My room came with a nice view of the city and river. Room was warm and cosy even during winter (temperature of aircon was set to coldest). Would imagine it'd be warm in warmer season.

Regarding the heat in your room, please accept our apologies that our collegues could not inform you during your stay, that we have radiators in each room additionally to the aircondition, which you could turn off if needed.
