BED & BATH

This home accommodates 10 guests in three bedrooms.

Sleep soundly in the primary suite, detailed with a king bed and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom features a queen bed and a smart TV, while the third bedroom includes both a twin bed and a full-size bed. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed as well as a twin bed with a twin trundle.

The guest bathroom holds a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The private walled backyard includes a swing set and a large gas grill. Sip drinks in the sunny lounge area, and dine beneath the pergola at a large table for eight.

Driveway parking is available for three vehicles. Street parking is prohibited.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
