The apartment Juniper is located only 200m from the beach. If you like the privacy, the Sardinian ambience and the proximity to the beach, this is the ideal apartment for you. It is located on the ground floor and has the name of the same tree Ginepro (in German: Juniper), which offers pleasant shade on the terrace. This includes two verandas leading to the garden, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds, where a fifth bed can be added), a spacious kitchen with kitchenette, bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and bidet. Tolle Ferien
DE Wir haben als Familie eine tolle Woche in Tancau sul Mare erlebt. Wir genossen das glasklare Meer in seinen schönsten Farben. Die Boots-Tour entlang der Strände Bauneis liess uns diese Schönheit so richtig entdecken. Mario hiess uns bei unserer Ankunft sehr herzlich willkommen und gab uns viele hilfreiche Tipps. Zuerst waren wir vom Appartement und der eigenen Zufahrt zum Haus mit Autounterstand positiv überrascht. Wohnbereich, Küche und Bad erschienen uns sauber und mit den nötigsten Utensilien ausgestattet. Im Verlauf der Woche stellten wir fest, dass der Backofen und Dampfabzug schmutzig waren und einige wesentliche Küchengegenstände aufgrund ihres schlechten Zustands nicht benutzt werden konnten (Teesieb, Plastik-Abtropfsieb). Insgesamt fühlten wir uns in der Wohnung jedoch wohl. Gerade die ruhige Lage schätzen wir sehr. Was uns wirklich störte, war, dass unser Appartement nicht mit den Fotos im Inserat übereinstimmte. Wir hatten nicht die abgebildete, sondern die sich auf der Rückseite des Hauses befindende Wohnung mit niedrigerem Standart erhalten, welche im Inserat gar nicht erwähnt wurde. Der Garten, die Veranda, als das gehörte zur Wohnung unserer Nachbarn. Wir hatten unser Appartement sehr bewusst und nach aufwändiger Recherche ausgesucht und finden es nicht ok, ungefragt mit einer anderen Wohnung überrascht zu werden. EN As a family we have experienced a great week in Tancau sul Mare. We enjoyed the crystal clear sea in its most beautiful colors. The boat tour along the beaches of Baunei let us really discover this beauty. Mario welcomed us very warmly upon our arrival and gave us many helpful tips. At first we were positively surprised by the apartment, the own driveway to the house. During the week, we noticed that the oven and steam vent were dirty and some essential kitchen items could not be used due to their poor condition (tea strainer, plastic drainer). Overall, however, we felt comfortable in the apartment. We especially appreciated the quiet location. What really bothered us was that our apartment did not match the photos in the ad. We had not received the apartment pictured, but the lower standard apartment located at the back of the house, which was not mentioned in the ad at all. The garden and the veranda belonged to the apartment of our neighbors. We had chosen our apartment very consciously and after extensive research and do not find it ok to be surprised with another apartment without being asked.

Wir waren 18 Tage in unserer Wohnung. Die ruhige und erholsame Gegend ist super. Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar gewesen und waren sehr freundlich und total unkompliziert. Die Strandnähe ist hervorzuheben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und sind total relaxt und gut erholt zurückgekommen. Vielen Dank Mario

Urlaub Sommer 2022
Schöne, gut gelegene, relativ gut ausgestattete Wohnung in wenigen Gehminuten zum Strand. Nur eine Klimaanlage in der Küche, welche schließlich jedoch ausreichend war. Nette, kleine Stadt mit viel Ausflugmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten sehr schöne Zeit verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Umgebung, die Fotos vom Haus täuschen
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war hervorragend! Die Umgebung ist herrlich ruhig, da das Haus in einer Sackgasse liegt. Doch leider war einiges im Argen. Die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen, die Betten okay, wer weich liegen mag. Utensilien in der Küche mäßig, wir haben selber noch einen Schneebesen gekauft. Das Kabel des Kühlschrankes hatte einen Wackelkontakt und die Ummantelung war gerissen, so dass der Kühlschrank immer wieder ausging, es wurde schnell von den Vermietern behoben. Doch zu Beginn hatten wir Angst vor einem Stromschlag. Dazu ein verdrecktes und kaputtes Eiswürfelteil im Gefrierer, wurde auch sofort ausgewechselt. Bei den Dingen hätte man aber vorher mal drauf achten können. Der Garten sieht absolut gar nicht aus, wie auf den Fotos. Kein Rasen!!! Es gibt nur noch Unkraut und extrem viele Ameisen (zum Glück nur draußen), so dass ein Liegen, selbst mit den Sonnenliegen keine Freude machte. Eine Beschreibung zu den einzelnen Dingen wie Heizung, Müll oder wo ist die Waschmaschine etc. fehlten. Den Gemeinschaftsraum mit dem Kamin und der Waschmaschine, wenn man man ihn hätte nutzen wollen, hätten wir erstmal Grundreinigen müssen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war immer schnell und zuverlässig. Dennoch, ein bisschen mehr Liebe zum Detail wäre toll. Wir werden Sardinien erneut besuchen, aber leider nicht dieses Domizil.

Exzellent!
Wir sind ganz freundlich von Mario empfangen, alles war total unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr gut und sehr Ruhig. Jeder kriegt seinen privaten Raum, und so fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Der Strand ist wirklich in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und der Stadtzentrum in circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn wir Fragen gehabt haben, haben wir immer ein guten bekommen. Ich empfehle diese Ferienwohnung gerne weiter. Vielen Dank für Alles, Mario und Annamaria

Tolle ruhige Lage und einwandfreier Kontakt
Wir waren in der Nebensaison dort. Die Lage war super ruhig! In der Nähe viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Annamaria und Mario waren sehr nett! Unterkunft war sauber und für uns gut eingerichtet. Würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!!
