Overall it is a good house. It was clean, pool and grill area were great to have and management company was very nice when we called with any concerns. However for the price paid, we expected more.
Main issues we had were with A/C and golf cart. The golf cart electrical was not working, once we alerted mgmt they got us a new one right away. The A/C is remotely controlled and we had to have mgmt reset it a couple of times because it was programed/updating on it's own. I don't mind the restriction of not going below 70 but when it sets back to 80 on it's own and unit won't turn on when adjusting at the house until they reset it is not ok. I alerted mgmt so hopefully they check it to make sure it's working for future guest.
Other small items were fridge shelf broken, ice/water didn't work. No extra trash bags left, 1 roll of TP & 1 roll of paper towel (so not restocked at cleaning). Hose downstairs had end cut off making it hard to use to wash down beach equipment. Dirty dishes found in cabinet. No beach towels or grilling utensils included. No shade at pool. No extra salt for shuffle board, air hockey table doesn't really work.
Again, these were not deal breakers but at $800 a night we expected more. I know beach houses are hard to keep pristine but the price should reflect if not going to keep up to par. We addressed our concerns with mgmt co and they righted the golf cart situation but the owner didn't care about issues encountered (main complaint was a/c control).
