Can’t go wrong with staying here! A lot of stairs to get to the top floor, but otherwise has a great view of the duomo. The whole apartment is very spacious. One room is right on top of the other and you can hear into the room below, but that wasn’t a problem for us. We really enjoyed our stay here!

This is one of the favorite places I have ever stayed. Great location and wonderful attention to details. Seeing the Duomo from the terrace is amazing. Super close to pretty much everything. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Florence.

Exceptional place in central Florence
Wonderful place in the heart of Florence with a balcony view of the Duomo. Communication was exceptional before and during our stay. Could not recommend this place more highly. Only caution would be that it is the top level so there are a few flights of stairs to climb which may be an issue for those with mobility issues.

This apartment is incredible!! We had a lovely 6 night stay. Very comfortable and so beautifully decorated. It was nice to live like a local for a week. As others have mentioned, there are 78 concrete steps up to the apartment and no elevator. So be prepared to get your exercise. The location is right in the heart of everything. Train station 10 minute walk. Right around the corner from the Duomo. Host was very helpful, and made great restaurant recommendations So glad we chose this place!

Artistic, clean home
The home’s attention to detail is very impressive. Thoughtful design and very clean. Host is kind, and generous with supplies that are at the home. Location is close to many sites. Due to being so close to everything you do have noise from the city surroundings.

Great location and views!
We had a great three nights day! Everything was wonderful. The location can’t be beat - Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The only issue we had was with the water pressure in the shower and length of time of hot water. Still, we would definitely stay here again.

No hot water in the morning and we could not shower. Apartment is on top floor with very steep stairs. Apartment smelled bad. Poor cellphone coverage made it very difficult for us to unlock doors.

Overall we were very happy with the property. It was very clean, in a great location and had good amenities. We did have some initial problems with the hot water and water pressure which were eventually fixed. The steps are no joke so just be aware. The location had easy access to everything g. We walked everywhere. I would stay again

Awesome property, only one issue
Beautiful clean property. Modern updated appliances. Awesome locations, beautiful view of the dome at night. Attentive management. It was such a good stay overall that I hate to say anything negative, but, the water pressure was really low. You can only use one faucet at a time. The hot water boiler is only 300 liters, so if you have a family with multiple people, (we had my wife and I and our 2 teenage daughters) showering is a little challenging. Now, we’re not spoiled Americans trying to take one hour showers. We’ve been abroad quite a bit, and once again, great property, great stay, just know about the water pressure/hot water issue. By the way, we were told that this is an issue with the aqueduct in Florence, so, you may have this issue elsewhere also.

Since the problem of low water pressure on the upper floors in Florence will not - I fear - be eliminated any time soon, I have decided to redesign the technical room in order to significantly increase the volume of my autoclave.

Oh, that Duomo view!
We were positively giddy with excitement when we opened the door to the apartment. It is so lovely - amazing decorative touches. And the best part?! That View! The keyless entry was easy- just be sure you have internet access.

So perfect!
We stayed in Florence for two nights- and the location was amazing!! The house was the perfect size for our family of four. The washer and dryer were a huge plus! Our hosts were very communicative and so hospitable. The house was clean, well stocked and so cozy! The view from the balcony was enchanting! When we return one day- we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Wonderful Florence Location
We enjoyed our stay here. The location can’t be beat. You are basically at the Duomo. The Uffizi is really close as well as many other sights. We walked everywhere. There were plenty of restaurants close by. Sylvia was very accommodating. The digital key worked well except one time we had to try the outside door several times. I took a previous reviewer’s advice and had the key ready when I first got there as well as the Wi-Fi info in case you don’t have service.

Amazing apartment, beautiful and clean. Two level with kitchen and 2nd bedroom upstairs. Top floor of the building so a bit of a workout :) but well worth the view. Thank you!

Amazing balcony view
We loved staying here. It was just my husband and I. Yes, there are stairs - but that’s no secret. For elderly persons, the walk up the stairs might be a little more difficult. 78 steps up to a really cute apartment with the most amazing view of the Duomo. This location is perfect for walking everywhere. We will return again. We had a problem with the water and the host had the problem fixed immediately. Much appreciated. All communication was great. Highly recommend this apartment.

I want to move in!
We spent 5 weeks at this lovely home. It was equipped with EVERYTHING we needed and more. Keyless entry helped us to never forget the key. The bed was very comfortable, WiFi fast, kitchen equipped with more than we ever needed and we cooked a lot. Blow dryer, iron, washer AND dryer. Silvia was a wonderful host. Even helped us in understanding the bus we needed for Greve. And the view.....the stay was just perfect.

The place was great and so accommodating to store our luggage. It had a homey and cozy feel and was very clean. Great location! Under 10 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio Bridge and to “the David”. Lots of restaurants near by. I would stay there again.

Awesome apartment, cleverly designed to fit two bedrooms, living area, kitchen and bathroom into a small space. It is located right in the heart of Florence 2min walk from the Duomo and 5 min walk to the Uffizi. The hike up the stairs with our luggage was worth it for the location. Thank you.

Florence at your fingertips
We were so pleased with this wonderful apartment that was so close to everything in Florence! We were able to walk everywhere including to the train station! And what a beautiful sight to go out to the terrace and see the Duomo at night. The apartment is just as pictured and is very clean and chairs/bed/couch are comfortable. It is across from a very nice hotel with extremely wonderful staff who were always willing to help us with suggestions. Many wonderful restaurants were available on the blocks around us as were every kind of shop-even grocery stores and fruit/veg markets. I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We will certainly come back when we return to Florence.

Fabulous!
We really enjoyed our stay at Silvia’s apartment. The location was ideal – close to so many sights and attractions as well as restaurants, cafes and shops. The apartment had everything we could want – a balcony with a view of the Duomo, a well-stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and the apartment and location were quiet. I would definitely stay again if I’m back in Florence.

Wonderful Central Location
We slept wonderfully in this centrally located, comfortable apartment. Everything was within 15 minutes walking distance. We stopped daily at the bakery (pizzas, calzones, breads, pastries!) just a few steps away. The apartment had everything we needed for a delightful trip to Florence. We did have a bit of difficulty using the online check in system (cellular wasn’t working for either of our phones- husband 4G and mine 5G) but I was able to login to the apartment Wi-Fi from the street and access it that way. Once we were able to connect, it was a breeze. I would recommend this apartment for a stay in Florence!

Absolutely Magnificent!
We stayed almost 2 weeks in Silvia's magnificent apartment and hated leaving. There are simply not enough words to express how perfect the apartment was for my husband and me. This was our first trip to Florence and the location was wonderful. We walked to everything and the neighborhood had anything and everything we could have hoped for (2 art supply stores, paper shops, grocery stores/produce stand, and so many charming restaurants. The apartment was immaculate, well outfitted, and quiet. The balcony with views of the Duomo provided the perfect spot for coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon. Silvia was a fabulous host and her communication was perfect. I almost hate writing such a glowing review as the property is already difficult to book. We are hoping to visit again and stay for at least a month in 2025. Thank you Silvia for sharing this outstanding apartment!

This property is in immaculate condition and it’s a quality environment in a quality location. Everything easily walkable from the apartment. The owners clearly have a high standard which is reflected in the entire experience - they are very buttoned-up and specific about all the details, and they are helpful and responsive. The digital key worked perfectly. We didn’t stay long enough to take advantage of all the amenities, but if you want an A apartment, this is a sure thing. There is no elevator and carrying 3 large bags up 76 steps wasn’t fun, but the apartment was worth it. We would have loved a noon check-out vs 10:00am, but we were out of there on time regardless. In fact, the cleaning person arrived 30 minutes early, but politely waited outside so we could depart.

My wife and I spent 5 glorious days in Florence, and the highlight of the trip by far was our stay at this wonderful spot very close to the Duomo. Despite the 4 flights of steps to get to the top floor, the place was amazing and very accommodating. We loved this apartment and miss it already! I would highly recommend this to anyone in a heartbeat.

My husband and I stayed here for our last night in Florence and it was perfect for us. The location and views of the Duomo from the balcony were fabulous! Access to the building using a phone was very easy and there are a lot of steps, but that is how you get the views. This was a nice way to end our trip!

Great place and location!
We loved our stay here! A short walk from the train station, easy to find, check in was easy and location was perfect- walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Loved sitting on the balcony at night drinking wine and enjoying the beautiful view of the Duomo. The apartment was comfortable and clean and had a cool Italian vibe to it, which we loved. Beautiful apartment in excellent location.
If we return to Florence we will definitely try and stay here again. The apartment had everything we needed and was very nicely decorated. The view of the duomo is even more impressive than it looks in the pictures and it is truly a two-minute walk away. Be aware that it is at the top of a long flight of stairs, but if that isn’t an issue I would highly recommend.

This apartment was in a wonderful location in the center of Florence. It was easy to walk to everything! The apartment itself was very cute and the air conditioning worked well, which was important in the middle of a heat wave. I was , a little concerned that the keyless entry might be confusing, but it worked very well. I was a bit confused by which apartment it was, so it might have helped to say just go to the top of the stairs, but we figured it out. Overall a wonderful stay! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place in the middle of Florence.

The property was perfect for our two days in Florence. It was in an absolutely phenomenal location, one block from the Duomo. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to with ease. The apartment was a bit smaller than anticipated; but that wasn’t an issue. The walls and floors were a bit thin, which was more of an issue. Overall would give this 5 stars and would book again.

A gem in the heart of Firenze
We truly enjoyed our stay at Silvia’s place! The natural light and balcony were such a joy in the mornings, and the space is so romantically designed. The bedrooms have different feels and we loved how the upstairs bedroom was like a little nook. The art on the walls was impressive as well, and added a lovely touch to the place. Plenty of towels and blankets were available, and the A/C was fabulous! Also, the location was simply breathtaking. We never had to take a single car to any place. We walked everywhere, as this place is right by the Duomo and amazing restaurants. Finally, Silvia was so accommodating and was easy to reach with any questions. We will absolutely be looking to stay here upon our return to Firenze!

Wonderfull apartment in Florence
This apartment exceeded our expectations as the pictures do not do it justice. We found this apartment very clean and comfortable. All of beds and couch were very comfortable and the kitchen was well laid out. There is a washer and separate dryer as well as four air conditioning units which kept the apartment extremely cool in the high of a brutal heat wave. The only downside is the climb up to the apartment but that was clearly mentioned in the description. Would absolutely come here again!!

Comfortable apartment in the heart of Florence
We loved this apartment! Yes, there are many stairs. We instantly felt at home here and loved the apartment layout and were very comfortable. They have a lot of nice art and a beautiful terrace to view the Duomo. There is no early check in, but through speaking with the owner, there is a vestibule which is part of the 2 apartments on the top floor where you can securely leave your luggage. The air conditioning was fantastic. We stayed here during the heatwave in July when is was 100 degrees. There are few apartments that have a dryer, we found this to be helpful. The street the apartment is located on is a side street, which was quiet, but still in the heart of Florence. Highly recommend!!
