Lovely hotel, nice design, super friendly staff. We came on the business trip, I was very happy with the hotel’s internet connection, possibility to work there without a connection worry. Only one down side, very noisy day and night as it is next to the busy road, no soundproofing.

Good Hotel
Nice hotel. Room comfortable and well equiped. About 2 mile walk into historic centre and a mile to beach area. If using public transport some buses stop close to the hotel. Global runa relaly good island bus service Hotel has nice rooftop area but pool is a plunge pool not a full swimming pool

Enjoyable stay
Spent a few days at the hotel, it's close to all the sights with lots to see and do in the area. Easy check in and out, staff were helpful.

Mini Hotel scam
Arrived at the hotel about 2hrs early, so our room was not ready . OK . So thought we would put luggage in a luggage room . The receptionist then said we do have a room ready but you have to pay 12 euro if you want it . We did pay this as time saved on holiday is a good thing . We booked this hotel last year and it was a very nice room ....This room this time was smaller , a bit noisy as the gym was just above us , we were in this room for 7 nights but didn't want to complain. MY POINT IS THAT THERE WAS A ROOM READY, AS WE WERE IN IT AND FOR 7 NIGHTS, BUT WE WERE CHARGED 12 EUROS EXTRA FOR THIS ROOM. WHY? IT WAS NOT AS GOOD AS THE ROOM WE HAD LAST YEAR. Anyway we had a fantastic holiday but will not be staying at this hotel again ...Principle . We were charged for a room that was ready .

Disappointing Experience - Noisy Location
I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Here's a breakdown of my disappointing stay: Location: 2/5 The hotel is situated on a noisy street, which significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. The constant street noise made it challenging to relax, especially during the night. If you're sensitive to noise, I would recommend looking for alternative accommodations. Customer Service: 1/5 The level of customer service provided by the staff fell short of expectations. From the moment of check-in to various interactions throughout my stay, I found the staff to be unresponsive and unaccommodating. It's disheartening when the service does not match the hospitality one would expect from a hotel. Amenities - Pool Access: 2/5 One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the promise of a pool, which, unfortunately, turned out to be inaccessible during my stay. The staff did not provide any clear explanation or alternative solution, leaving me disappointed and without the amenities I had anticipated enjoying. In conclusion, my stay at [Hotel Name] was not up to the standard I expected. The combination of the noisy location, poor customer service, makes it difficult for me to recommend this hotel to fellow travellers. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the overall guest experience.

We were excited about this stay after seeing the great pictures and reviews. However, it turned out just okay and a little disappointing. Pros: - Nice workers - Will hold luggage for you if needed - Breakfast had some variety - Good location if you want to be in the city center Cons: - No hot showers, was only lukewarm or room temp - The queen bed is two twin beds pushed together - Toilet was not fully flushed when we first entered - Mold in the shower - Towels seemed old and were starting to fall apart - There was a sea view but blocked by window shades

The hotel is very modern. It has a calm beach right out front. Parking is easy to find however the parking meters are a nightmare make sure to ask the reception for a recommended parking lot. The hotel has an app where you can ask for all addition requests. Our unfortunately didn’t work during our 6 day stay but the reception took all our request without a problem. Check in was smooth and they kindly held our bags until the room was ready. Only reason I can’t give it a 5 star is because the shower was not well taken care of in our room. It was very spacious however the shower plate was not well taken care of. It’s a pity because it’s a gorgeous shower! The whole decor of the hotel was very nice.

Gorgeous hotel in central Las Palmas
Stayed here over Christmas 2020. The hotel is outstanding with excellent cleanliness, gorgeous rooms and an incredible view from the rooftop balcony and bar. The service was excellent and I really enjoyed my stay and the hotels proximity to the yacht club and beach next to it and approximately 20 minute walk to the larger Playa De Las Canteras. Only suggestion for improvement would be for the rooftop pool to have been open as it was at other places I stayed during this time. The gym had excellent quality of equipment though and the beach is only a stone's throw away in any case. This is one of those hotels you'd recommend to anyone.

The hotel was clean ,in a very good location and a nice shower, but I don’t think the hotel is 4* staff didn’t help with my light stay on at night move to 2 single bed when I ask for a double , the internet keep cutting out and the breakfast was average

Pleasant stay
The service was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent food. The interior design contemporary & pleasant to look at. However, we only had a basic room, which means there was no window that would provide some natural light. With dark walls and & dark furnishing the room felt claustrophobic.

In an excellent position overlooking the port. There is a nice beach across the road accessible by a bridge a few hundred yards to the left. The beach front has no bars/restaurants, nearest ones are at the marina to the right. It is only a 10 minute walk to the other side of the peninsula where the beach has a lovely long promenade with lots of bars restaurants. Hotel has a really nice rooftop bar, spent many an hour watching the port and beach.

It was a quirky hotel -a Gastrobar where breakfast was served (way overpriced!) but it was closed during the day so the only place to go was the rooftop restaurant /bar which was windy late in the evening and too formal. Staff were very helpful and courteous.
