Run from ANY FL 365 LOCATION as QUICK AS YOU CAN
Checked into what I thought was going to be a clean condo at sweetwater circle. Shocked to walk into a place that was filthy and disgusting. Blood and snot on doors, used womans product next to bed, food stuck onto what should have been cleaned pots and pans and silverware. Stained rugs. Electric went out 2nd day washer barely worked electric sockets broken husband had to go to walmart to buy blankets and pillow cases because what was provided were stained and filthy. Dryer never got hot. Mold and mildew on everything from the curtains to the walls. Hailey very hard to get ahold of. Takes days to respond. When finally responded to issues she had some cleaning crew stop in. Lady walks right in while we are in the unit getting dressed never knocked. Never again will we stay at any FL365 location

Well run establishment.
Excellent experience at this property. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Great location and access. Definitely will stay here again. Amazing space for the price.

Helpful on the phone with any issues or requests. Quite spacious apartments, so much better than even a Disney hotel where you share one room (I've stayed at Contemporary etc).

Hello sorry you did not enjoy your stay. we have multiple condos, all very nice but limited amount of ground floor. if a special request comes in, i do often move guests to accomodate. a certain condo can be locked in if it is requested. thank you Hayley

They gave away the condo I reserved which meant driving to the other side of town in the middle of the night. We arrived there at 4.30am... The other condo was nice but I made a lot of extra expenses because of the plans we’ve made. They promised me a party refund but until now I still have not received anything. The condo itself was nice, but the overall experience had a negative feeling.

Easy in and out. Very quiet. Cleanliness, could be better. Average is really good. The one thing that I didn't like was there is not post for the swimming pool hours, so the security (and African old man) said it's his rule to close it at 8pm. That's why I don't give the 5stars.

Second Stay with Fl 365
Evidently FL 365 has different properties. The designs are similar but the first time was bigger, more updated, and closer to the pool. We were disappointed to learn that the pool closed at dusk and the last time it didn’t close until 9 or 10pm. It’s a very small pool for such a large community. Overall, however, the value is there for $80/nt plus the fee.

The private pool was filthy dirty with mold or black sutt looking type of stuff in and around the pool area.. Furniture was beat up!! 2 of the Bedrooms didn't have the right size beds in them like stated in the description... Had no wash cloths but did have towels...

To make it short, when we get there we suppose to have parking passes, we didn't have it, we have to call management; cable didn't work on the living room tv, I called management they told me to call the cable provider, I spent hour and a half with them and didn't fix the problem, they told me that to send a technician or to pick up a new box it had to be done by the owner of the account, I told the owner, the problem wasn't fix all the stay; we found roaches every day and called management on the fourth day and the fumigator showed up the day we were leaving (three days after the call). Pool at the club house is closed after dark (around 8:15) and pool table the fabric was ripped off and point of the sticks worn out. Sauna smelled really bad

Hello Josue I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. the parking passes were taken by the previous guest but i notified the management so that you were not towed. i also called the cable company who insisted that you be right infront of the cable box to troubleshoot. i was not at the condo due to the time of day, so that is why i gave permission for you to call, i did make you aware of the situation, i do not normally have guests call to deal with this but it was the only way to get it working that night. if i remember rightly i had the pest control arrive the very next day as that was the date on his report!! i will address the issues with the HOA management about the clubhouse

It was a very spacious unit and worked out well for our family of 6. There were ample supplies of towels, including beach towels, blankets, sheets, and kitchen utensils. The unit was a little outdated, but was very clean.

My stay in Kissimmee
I came out to Kissimmee to attend my brother’s wedding. I booked Florida 365 Vacation unaware of the type of lodging it would be. It turned out to be one of the best accommodations ever. If I ever had to come back to Kissimmee I would definitely book this one again.

Great Family Place!
The property was amazing! The people who own it were also amazing to work with. We had a great time staying here and it was perfect for what we needed. Walmart right around the corner and plenty of stores/restaurants near u. The only 2 draw backs if you want to call them that is the AC is on some kind of power saving thing where it takes forever to cool down the condo and then cant keep up with the heat if u run a dryer or cook. The other is its kinda a pain to get to any of the parks traffic wise due to its location.

Just what we needed to relax and get away!
We stayed at Sweetwater Club Circle. It was a great place for our grandchildren...so quiet and family oriented. The grounds were perfect for evening walks... clean and relaxing...nothing like a hotel where you step out of your room to a parking lot. The 3 bedroom villa was perfect with no issues whatsoever. The phone calls with Haley were so helpful and pleasant. We drive from Maine every year and will most definitely stay here everytime we come to Kissimmee. Our daughter and her fiance loved it too. So peaceful, yet just minutes from the action of downtown. The price was so affordable as well. Made the drive well worth the time!

Great location just off the 192 that runs through Kissimmee; easy reach for restaurants, shopping ( Walmart 2mins away) and the parks. Plenty of parking and quiet at night. Good size rooms with, plenty of hot water. Little dated and one or two knocks that a little tlc would fix but it had everything we needed. Bed in the smallest room was uncomfortable so my daughter slept on the sofa but slept fine there. Hayley at 365 Florida Vacations provided all the information we needed and answered any queries I had. It would have been helpful to have a few tourist leaflets, maps etc in the property and I've stayed in others where they leave some washing up liquid and a j cloth etc, things you don't want to buy for just a few days stay but are helpful. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

The condo was nice and spacious. Some of the furniture was old and worn out and could use being replaced. The closet doors had trouble opening and there were not enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests allowed. The beds were comfortable. Good location. Close to amenities and Disney! It met our needs and for the price was a great option. Would stay again!

The space was nice, beds were very comforfable. I really felt like home. It’s super close to Magic Kingdom Park. I will definetely go back in the future!

A perfect stay !
Before we booked this place we read many reviews of people who have stayed with Florida Vacations 365. Some of them were not very positive ( complains about the beds, cleanliness, bugs ,..) So we made an inquiry to reserve one of the nicest apartments for us.And we received it. In one word: it was a perfect stay. Toally renovated and furnished with a complete household. This was very important for us as we prefer do do our own cooking. No complains at all. We can highly recommend this place!

Was very difficult to get ahold of the property manager by phone and email. Had difficulty entering property because I was provided incorrect lock codes. Property was described as “retro” but was more like run down. Carpet was stained and worn, tub was rust stained, light bulbs blew out while there. 3 TV’s had Roku but 2 were unable to connect to internet, therefore unable to watch. 1 other tv only connected to DVD player. The property I stayed at was not any of the property pictures provided on Hotels.com. For many reasons I refused to stay at the property and owner was willing to reimburse the money paid minus cleaning fee. I will only stick with hotel chains when using hotels.com from now on.

As i said the reservation you made came when we were full but i had just taken on the condo you went in to the same day you made the reservation. we are aware that it need some work but i did explain this to you.
