loved my trip! Great resort!

We had a Junior Suite Swim up and it was marvelous. Two things were wrong though. First they need dehumidifiers in these rooms because you can smell the humidity. Second our glass door was nearly impossible to open, we asked to have it fixed multiple times to no avail. The staff on property from the bartenders to housekeeping were phenomenal. Reason this is not an excellent property is because the reception, guest service and restaurant reservation system and attention are poor. They need to be able to communicate properly to guests and offer reservations when you check in. A guest is on vacation and should not be chasing a reservation slot. They need to maintain little details on property. The buffet was very good and the staff was friendly and they go above and beyond to assist. Major problem is the Reception area which is the face and first impression of the resort. The beach needs to be cleaned daily too much seaweed and trees on shoreline. Other properties maintain the beach shoreline impeccable, why can’t they?! Overall we had a good time and the staff on property, not including reception nor guest services, were excellent.

What i truly oved about TRS CAP CANA is the treatment & professionalism of the staff. I felt like a king here, and definitely will travel again down to TRS CAP CANA. Moreover, the food was majestic, activities here were very fun specially with Charly & Jeffrison as hosts. The club is nice and chill with a great bartender like Robert. The scenery here is beautiful specially at night time. But what i love about TRS CAP CANA is the staff. They are the ones that made my vacation the best.

Rodny our Expedia Butler did an amazing job hosting us. Whatever we needed he was there to assist. From our welcome gifts to the hotel room birthday set up. The properly was well managed and welcoming the entire stay. Rodny check on us numerous of stones during our stay which we appreciated. We will be coming back to TRS!
