The bathroom door always drags on the floor tile after a little past half closed, we had to pull hard to close or push hard to open the door.

Every room has a full kitchen including full size refrigerator, 2 burner smooth top cooking, microwave wave, dishes, pots & pans, sink, coffee maker and large storage cabinets for food. The room was supreme in all ways.

Bed very comfortable. Maid service excellent. Had a king suite. Thought we would use cook top, didn’t work. Was still not working by end of a week-long stay. No compensation offered. Just’ Sorry about that’ Otherwise marvelous.

Would not let me check in the highest incidental rate I have ever had at $300 for a 1-night stay. Have to have a major credit card for incidental although every hotel in Tulsa does not require this.Did refund the money but very inconvenient

Walking into this establishment, i was greeted with staff that had smiles on their faces. The receptionist that helped us was very knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean. Every staff member we passed greeted us. The room was phenomenal , packed with all essentials. Definitely my go to hotel for future stays to Oklahoma!

A good stay but elevator was broken when we were checking out. Our room was on the third floor and we are older folks so it was a struggle getting our luggage down the stairs. Everything else about our stay was excellent.

Location was good. Communication with staff and assistance was lacking. Notified staff 4 separate times about incorrect charges applied to account. Have yet to resolve. Was informed that today being a weekend would not be able to speak with manager. Poor customer service.

I like the fact that I had a room with air conditioning and a ktichen suite. Also, the staff were friendly considering there was a outage throughout the town. They tried everything to make me and pet dog feel comfortable.

New hotel. Staying as power is out in our home. Very nice accommodations, very clean. Problem with elevator developed (potentially related to the storm that knocked out our power at home), but I’m on the second floor and can take the stairs.

The bed seemed to be worn out already. We have stayed here 3 times in the last year and this is the first time the bed was "lumpy". Also, the rooftop restaurant and bar is still not open. It needs to be open to enjoy this summer.

Nice, but still working out the kinks
The hotel itself was nice and cozy, but there were 2 major issues. First, when we checked in, we were charged the full price of the room, even though we had already paid in full on hotels.com. We were told that it was hotels.com's issue that the hotel had not been paid by the company and that I would need to take it up with hotels.com. Secondly, the shower flooded the entire bathroom. It was very poorly designed because there was no ledge to keep the water in the shower. Apparently, it caused a leak because our stay was interrupted when we got a knock on the door from staff who wanted to come in and take a look. I had just gotten out of the shower and was naked when they knocked. It was very uncomfortable. Otherwise the stay was ok. The hotel has potential, but they're still got a lot of work to do to get things right.
