De qué se trata

  • You will visit our Echallat estate, passing through the Press House, the Fermentation Room, the Distillery, the Aging Cellar and the Blending Room before arriving at the workshop.
During the tour, we will take 2 samples of eaux-de-vie of different ages from the barrels together. Once in the workshop, we will start with an aroma recognition game (15 primary aromas), then we will discover the distinctive aromas of young and then old cognacs, before playing again to discover the age of the mystery cognac.

An enjoyable and fun experience focused on the nose of Cognac during its aging process.

    Available on weekends upon request.
