Most of them speak simple english and even when they did not understand, they had a translator phone to communicate with us. “Property is in very poor conditions. Untidy wash room. It is advertised as 24 hour reception and tv. There is no reception service and tv doesn’t work. I will state them as 1 star restaurant. If you are travelling with family I do not recommend. You could feel shock through hot water. The door lock is in very poor condition and unsafe. There is no restaurant for the stay. Information mentioned in add is very misleading.”

“バルコニー自体も広くジャグジーもあり、目の前には海が広がり波の音ききながらのんびりできました。 電気自動車の充電器もあるので経路充電考えなくても大丈夫でした。 ただ、2台しかないので先客がいたら使えないこともあるかもしれません。 6kwじゃなくてもいいので、あと2台ぐらいは充電器あればさらにいいのでは。 すごくいい週末になりました。 スタッフの皆さん、ありがとうございました。”

“We stayed here in hopes of seeing Mt. Fuji and got the best view. We enjoyed a relaxing day of rain, but woke to sun and a great view. The property is clean and staff freinsly. It was a birthday trip and they noticed it on my passport and created a sign and gift. Should’ve read the details on the website to bring food in, but they were willing to help. Will for sure stay if ever in the area again. ”

“工作人員態度十分親切。這間應該算是民宿，只有三間由貨櫃箱改成的客房。室內設計相當時尚，應有的設備都有，廁所和浴室也很整潔。唯獨是空氣暖房開動時可能有些吵。室外是一片空地，陽台可以晚餐，但要小心有烏鴉會搶食物。”

“チェックイン、チェックアウト時のスタッフの対応も丁寧でとても良かったです。夕食は趣向を凝らした目にも美味しく（実際に美味しい）満足いくものでした。 歩行浴のできる温泉が楽しく、健康な休日が過ごせました。 客室は決して広くはありませんが、玄関にいけられた花や、メッセージカードなどとても良かったです。ありがとうございました。”

“Overall our stay was very comfortable and good. With good staff and excellent service. Only limitation or things to consider would be to provide A La Carte options for food. Buffet is the only option and a bit expensive in case you are looking for some quick and light food. Also, essentials food items would be great too like munchies and milk/tea. Overall, food quality and options during the breakfast were great.”
