“Very neat clean and spacious rooms. Hotel is at main road, and location visible from all around. Nice entrance, rooms were very good. The manager and the staff was helpful. Very nice Cozy place, in house restaurant Good Food.”

“It's a small hotel on a back street, only a short walk from the Moalboal bus stop (5 minutes). rooms are spartan and the usual Philippine combo shower toilet. The window-mounted A/C sounded like a 737 at take-off, but you could hear the conversations from the house next door if you didn't run it. The local roosters (next door) will give you great entertainment (not) all night as they squawk at each other. It is a 10 min tr-cycle ride to the tourist part of Moalboal and the sardine swimming.”

“El hotel en sí es bonito. El recibimiento fue bueno. Lo malo es que las habitaciones están descuidadas, hay humedades y la limpieza es deficiente, tanto de la habitación como de las toallas y sábanas. Por la noche nos salieron cucarachas gigantes XD. La zona, eso sí, es muy tranquila y cercana a la playa.”

“疫情前入住過，跟上次一樣很滿意服務，前台員工親切、有善。這次入住房間少了書桌，處理工作有點不方便，洗手間跟房間是以玻璃隔離，燈顏色不一致有點怪怪，但整體服務滿意”

“我們一行六人去白樺湖滑雪，入住白樺湖榮園酒店，附近有好多滑雪場大人小朋友都可以玩，揸車也非常方便，房間有很靚的湖景露台，酒店大堂也有歐陸風情，老闆會說中文，溝通很方便，老闆還送我們泡湯卷。人很友善，照顧周到。”

“El hotel tiene unas habitaciones muy bonitas, amplias, con camas cómodas y unas vistas preciosas, tanto al río como a la montaña. Además dispone de restaurante, muy buena la comida. Nos ayudaron para realizar varias excursiones por la zona, incluso informándonos antes de llegar. También nos facilitaron el alquiler de bicicletas. Buen detalle el de dejar botellas de agua y té cada día. También te cambian todos los días las toallas. Además está al lado de la zona principal para poder pasear bien...

“It was indeed a great stay! All the staff are very friendly and so accommodating. Special mention to Ate Joy and the other front desk Ate (I can't remember her name) Kuya (the night shift duty all around the staff. They were all helpful in assisting me to use the facility for working at night in the lobby area. Looking forward to staying at Novies but this time with my family. Novies is a safe, clean place, with easy access to almost everything. Thank you for a great stay!”
