“I was made to wait over 8 hours to check in only to be told my booking had been cancelled for an unknown reason. I booked again on 2 other sites & had confirmation but still I was unable to check in. This place is a shambles & I would not stay there even if I was paid to. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! ”

“This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay.”

"Hotel ideal en todos los sentidos. No dejéis de visitar la tercera planta, con Jacuzzis y Sauna, además de la Piscina con vistas al parque de las Torres Petronas. Acceso directo al Suria Mall y a la pasarela directa al Pavilion Mall y la zona de Bukit Bintang, desde el palacio de convenciones. Todo el personal es muy amable y servicial. "
