"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The reality of the island is far from what is advertised:
No Beach: The beach in front of the hotel no longer exists; it has been completely washed away by the sea. Instead of sand, you will find a long line of sandbags along the coast trying to stop the erosion.
Dead Coral Reef: The reef right in front is completely dead. It’s just coral skeletons with very few fish. If you read reviews saying the reef is beautiful, it’s likely from people who haven’t seen a healthy one. It is definitely not worth it for snorkeling.
Overpriced: For the price they charge, the hotel offers very little. You have neither a proper beach nor a living reef to enjoy.
"Medieval" Internet: The Wi-Fi is terrible. They give you a very small data allowance that runs out in a single day. On top of that, mobile signal is non-existent, so you are basically disconnected once the hotel's data limit is reached.
I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a tropical beach experience or quality snorkeling. It is way too expensive for what you actually get."
