“Simple, hospitable, albeit a tad hard to find. Very welcoming and accomadating. Close to both T1 and T2 of BOM. Highly recommend for the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere! A/C runs good, water was not hot for me but who knows when is best for it, many could have showered before me, balcony to hang and close to transportation. WiFi works and plugs by bed mostly work. Breakfast!”

I came at the door but I didn't had the phone number of the owner so the guards didn't let me enter through the residence so I had to find another place to stay (and it was at night time). By the way, my account has been debited by Expedia (82euros for two nights)”

“My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

“I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall.”
