“This by far is my favourite hostal in India. The beds are so comfy, the showers have hot water all the time, and the staff are constantly cleaning! The kitchen is very well equipped which was great, and the staff were so, so lovely and kind, and go out of their way to help you. Priya the owner, takes such pride in the hostal and that’s why the space is so beautiful. Great hostal if you want a good rest, in a great location, and also if you want to socialise there are nice common areas to meet...

“The man is VERY NICE and a GOOD host I have no complaints about him. Also the place and VERY NICE A/C as it’s hot there. The only complaint I had was the bed sheets, they looked as if they had not been changed from last person. I may be wrong but it sort of made me concerned. “There is clearly a breakdown in communication between Hotels.com/Experia and the Hotel, because on the website it states a free airport shuttle service is offered, but when calling ahead to book I established that wasn't the case under my particular booking. “I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall.”
