“We very much enjoyed our stay at this location. The stairs were a bit scary, but with the light on, you'll be fine. :) Cozy spot for the three of us, well appointed and in a fantastic area. Very walkable, even down to the wharf. We are from a very non-walkable area, so it was amazing to see all the activity and places we could go just walking a bit. We enjoyed our first time in Maine, and can't wait to get back for a longer trip. Thanks to the hosts!”

“We had such a lovely time. It was my birthday - we celebrated! Having a place on the beach was amazing. The place was very clean, the owners were responsive if needed. The house had everything we needed for our stay - we enjoyed using the kitchen, playing at the beach, sitting inside looking at the beach! I highly recommend the house!”

“The home was perfect for myself, husband and adult son. This home has a large kitchen and the most well stocked rental I have ever stayed at. The living room had plenty of comfortable furniture for all of us to relax on. Beds were comfortable and the entire rental was clean. Super close to the national park, less than 10 minutes. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again if we travel back to Bar Harbor Maine.”

The only challenge as others mentioned is parking. It is a tight fit and if your tires are on the sidewalk you can be ticketed. “Myself and 4 friends booked this home on the water for an annual super bowl ice fishing trip. The house was just as described, spacious and comfortable. The pond is beautiful and the fishing was outstanding, we caught fish all day long. Location is good as well, with plenty of restaurants and downtown Augusta within 10 to 15 minutes.
