  • If you are looking for one of the best Wells Beach locations available, than look no farther. Our two bedroom home sleeps six and is right on Wells Beach. The home features unobstructed 180 degree ocean views and door to beach access. Wake up at the ocean each day of your well earned vacation. The sun drenched patio sits right at the edge of the beach. Catch some rays on the sand or just hang out on the huge patio. If you need a little less sun, move up to the covered porch and watch the waves with a cocktail in hand. The entire interior of this home was updated in the early 2000's (no circa 1920 beach house interior at this beach house). All the conceivable amenities of the perfect beach house come with this home. A 1/2 bathroom upstairs and a full bathroom downstairs makes the living experience as convenient as it gets. TV's in the bedrooms as well as the main living area add to the relaxing atmosphere. Parking, while a huge problem for those in 1 parking spot beach houses, is not an issue here. Park upwards of 5 cars if needed. You work hard for 51 weeks of the year. Treat yourself to one of the best Wells Beach experiences conceivable. Stay right at the beach. (All stays contingent on receipt of signed rental agreement)

The property was very clean. The host, Rebecca was wonderful. The kitchen was fully equipped with everyone’s needs.The location was beyond wonderful. Could not be any better. Incredible home right on the beach. So bright and beautiful. Very clean and organized. Extremely well stocked (vacuum, broom for outside, beach chairs, books and games, kitchen has everything you need). Perfect for a family. Our 4 year old and 1 year old loved the beach and house itself. Fireplace was lovely for reading in chilly April evenings. Loved Billy’s Chowder House right down the road and The Wells Diner. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning next year!

This house was just spectacular! The location can’t be beat. I loved stepping off the porch and hitting sand. We could hear waves from every room. It was also so well equipped. It had everything we could need. Dave was a wonderful host. Very responsive and checked in with us regularly. We had one issue (we excepted there to be a desk in one of the bedrooms to work from) and Dave was so helpful in offering solutions immediately.We hope to come back to this beautiful home!

We stayed over the Thanksgiving Holiday. It was incredible to see ocean (and snow flurries) while eating Thanksgiving dinner. The house was just as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans etc.

Gorgeous home!

We loved our stay at this beach house! The location and views could not be beat! The house itself was very comfortable and equipped with everything that we needed. My family would absolutely recommend this property for a relaxing vacation!

The beach house was just as described very nice house directly right on the beach perfect! Only thing was the BBQ grill was dirty before using it and a lot of sand of the floors when we entered but other then that perfect for my family and I would definitely stay here again!

On the beach!

Great stay. Was there for a week in mid May’25. Whole crew remarked several times during the stay, how nice the house and location was. Loved being able to walk out the back door and be on a great family beach.

Nice little spot on the beach

Very nice little cottage right on the beach. In proximity to many stores, activities, but you don't need to go anywhere when you have the beach right outside the door.

Each year we gift my MIL a get away for her and a couple dear friends. She loved sitting on the porch and enjoying her morning coffe, and even getting some knitting done!Home was comfortable and spotless. Would definitely consider for next year!

Wells Beach

The home is very clean and has an amazing covered patio where we enjoyed watching the waves as they come in! We ate meals in and had everything we needed. It was a fabulous family getaway.

We felt right at home!

This is a beautiful, charming Beach House. We found it to be warm and welcoming, and we loved our stay. David was easy to communicate with and quickly answered any questions we had. The ocean views and beach access were absolutely amazing.

Beautiful view wonderful stay!!

Place was lovely and had everything needed. It was wonderful to wake up to see the sunrise and smell the ocean air. Beautiful and great serenity!! Host was great and very responsive. Can’t wait to have another vacation.
