“This was our 1st time visiting Venice Beach. The location was perfect! We loved that the beach was used only by the residents, it made it more relaxing, which is exactly what we were looking for. Short drive to the pier, and downtown. The studio was the perfect size. It was extremely clean and well maintained. Definitely a great find!”

“I was in town for work and this studio was in the absolute best location for me. 20 minutes from work and family and only few minutes to downtown Venice. The studio was in a perfect location. It's in a very quaint little neighborhood. It was very clean and the property taken care of. Laurie reached out a few times to make sure my stay was going well. She was very attentive to her guest. I will 100% be booking here agian for my trips.”

“A simple, clean, unassuming property. Area quite safe. A good value. Everything worked, and in my experience, the manager appears to live nearby and is very attentive to any issues. Many people stay there for warm mineral springs which is a 5 minute walk away. I did go there a couple times, but mostly because it offers the rare pleasure of being able to swim outside in winter when water at Florida's beaches is too cold. When we contacted the property manager he was quick to apologize for the inconvenience and we were compensated for the inconvenience. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. “We loved how close we were to the beach. It was beautiful, so nice. We loved that we weren't near the major public beaches and were more secluded. We slept great and had everything we needed in the kitchen when cooking. The owners were amazing communicating and we would love to book another trip back with our kids or pets next time!”

“I was looking for a place to stay for two days in lieu of a hotel. Pricing was good and place was basically the equivalent to an extended stay hotel room. Microwave, 2 burner electric stove, a small refrigerator and a kitchen sink. Was very clean. Located on the ground floor of a house. I would definitely stay again.”

“We werent sure what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. It was just oerfect for the two of us. My husband enjoyed the wicker love seat on the front porch area. Nice location. Not far from the Venice Beach area. There was also a nuce little resraurant within walking distance. We will definitly come back. Very reasonably priced.
