I’m very disappointed with the check-in process and overall communication from this host. I booked through Expedia and sent a message about 10 hours before my arrival, but never received any response. I also called twice and no one answered.
When I arrived after 7 PM, I still had no check-in instructions. No one contacted me at all during my entire 4-day stay. I was left trying to figure things out on my own, and without help from another person, I would have had to go find a hotel.
To make matters worse, I never received Wi-Fi information, and basic amenities like an iron were not available, which made my stay very inconvenient.
Now after my stay, I received a message saying this was my fault because they supposedly sent messages through another platform (something like “Vivo”), which I do not use and never signed up for. If I booked through Expedia, all communication should be sent through Expedia or directly to my email. Interestingly, they were able to email me about checkout, so clearly they had my contact information.
On a positive note, the surrounding area and location were nice. However, due to the lack of communication, poor check-in experience, and missing basic amenities, I would not stay here again.
