The master room old toilet needed replaced (wax ring failure). The property manager was quick to respond and their maintenance person replaced the toilet as quickly as possible. “We enjoyed the ‘chalet’ with it’s open living room/kitchen/dining area, large bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. It is beautifully decorated and the bear theme adds a touch of whimsy. The appliances and tv’s were top of the line including a Keurig. There is also a very old coffee maker that wants to grind your coffee if you’re not careful pushing buttons when trying to get it to brew. The parking was great, easily accessible, unlike the road to the chalet which was narrow, twisted and steep – not...

“The property was very nice but could use some attention to the dust on all things.awesome memorabilia of Hank Williams. The floors upstairs move at the end of the twin bed and go down hill a bit in the bathroom. Did contact the cleaning lady when we left to let her know that the washer insides fall apart when you wash clothes. Overall would stay again as it was peaceful and could hear the stream outside and that was nice.”

“Everything about getting information we needed and checking in was great, I enjoyed the simplicity of it. The pictures did not show some of the age and wear that was there but we didn’t mind, and the pictures made it seem way bigger. But again plenty of room for us. We used the hot tub twice and it worked great. The trip to Gatlinburg was quick and easy, pigeon forge not so much. “We enjoyed our stay in your chalet. The views are stunning! The kitchen is well stocked for any cooking. The beds were all comfortable and clean. Bathrooms were clean with ample towels. This was a first for us to stay in the west part of Gatlinburg. It is an easy access to the park.”

“This cabin was perfect for my family. Spacious, clean, 2 full baths and quiet! It is located just off the parkway which was very convenient. The host was great to work with also. He sent an email beforehand to let us know that the national park now requires a parking permit, which was very helpful and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This home was set just a VERY short drive off the main road in Pigeon Forge (approx 2-3 min from Mel’s Diner). It was exactly as described. I have never, in all my years staying at VRBO’s had one that was so well stocked with all the little extra things. Game room was a hit! Clean. Comfy! Well thought out! Only thing I would change, I wish there was a grill. I still happily give this home 5 stars!”

I requested refund through expedia and was denied. DO NOT RECOMMEND due to lack of communication. This has never happened before with any of my other stays.”
