Walk out the door to the left and see the Sunsphere and Worlds Fair Park and UT, go to the right and walk towards the market area, or towards the river and South Knoxville. We picked it for convenience to walk everywhere, which we did. The pictures (probably taken after remodel) reflect the space provided, though the space has aged some since then and could use a freshening up and better inside lighting. “This was the perfect solution for us. Our son graduated from UTC Saturday morning and then we helped him move out of his apartment that was located literally across the street. Ample space and amenities for the short time we actually spent in the room. The basement room was a bit chilly, but we prefer that when we sleep so it wasn’t a huge deal for us. A previous review complained about the water not getting hot, but we found that it just took a while to heat up. Both the shower and sink knobs...

“The entire Bear house property is incredibly charming and inviting. The Stinson Suite was as well. The space is incredibly charming and cozy perfect for 1-2 couples or a small family. St Elmo is a lovely town and is perfectly walkable from the property. Beautiful area and so many great options for food, shopping, and experiences nearby.”
