No refund policy is strictly enforced. If your plane has mechanical problems resulting in the flight being cancelled and you're not able to get to Subur until 24 hours later than planned, you won't even get an offer to change the date.

Modern hotel with good amenities. Transportation to the airport was flawless. Decent bar/restaurant.

This was a night stop for a long journey. Most importantly, the hotel accepts dogs and parking is included. The staff welcome was great and offered a complementary drink from the bar (cava, thank you). The grounds around the hotel (pool, garden, and outdoor bar) are we well maintained and look very nice. The public rooms around the hotel are also in good condition. The room itself was a decent size, with air-conditioning, a decent sized balcony, and we had a great view of the sea and the promenade. The decor was a little bit in the corners and above the air-conditioning unit, and the bathroom could probably benefit from a face-lift (eg. tiling around the shower). That said, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet; we got a good night's sleep. The hotel is in a great location. A 15-minute walk to the centre of town. It's close enough to lots of restaurants and bars, but far enough away not to be disturbed by any noise. We even saw a British TV & Radio celebrity at the same restaurant. Would we recommend the hotel? Definitely. Would we stay again? Yes, if we come this way again. We liked Sitges.
