“I came here with my family. We slept in a private dorm of 6 beds destined to us as a private family booking. The dorm was big with spacious lockers and clothes horses. We had breakfast in the kitchen, there is free tea and coffee and we toasted bread and fried some eggs. “On arrival thought the place was very good, easy checkin, friendly staff, decent sized room etc. Easy walk in the evening to Chullia St Hawker Stalls for a really good meal. All over the hotel there were signs about no noise after 10pm all was fine till 3am when the noise the door banging, running up & down the very old, very noisy stairwell this went on & off till 5am. “The staff is very welcoming and kind. The lobby downstairs is very comfortable to sit in for long periods. I wish they kept the snacks stocked but I guess that was minor. I really like how the place is decorated and would return if I could stay in one of their very cool private rooms. The wifi was excellent as well.”

“Edificio nuevo y tiene parking robotizado. Suite bien distribuida, con camas cómodas, limpia, mucha luz natural y vistas a la Torre Komar y la ciudad. No dispone de servicio de desayunos, pero hay una cafetería y 7eleven al lado. También hay 3 centros comerciales solo cruzar la calle. La ubicación es buena, está cerca del centro histórico. El único inconveniente es tener que atravesar 2 avenidas para llegar al centro.”

“Check-in and check-out was seamlessly fast and efficient. Room is clean. Overall property is clean and very good service staff in the entire property in particular Dhur and Joe. They are so helpful and extend the extra miles to even check for us luggage storage at the airport and at Queensbay Mall”

“Great location with lots of eatery around. Friendly staff provide a lot of help during our stay. Spacious and clean in the unit. Bed very comfortable and clean especially we have sensitive nose. Definitely my first choice when I come to Penang. Very recommend.”
