There is an informational binder in the room that states only enough soap, shampoo, and body wash provided for 1 day and guest is responsible for the other days. however there was no body wash so i would recommend bringing your own toiletries. “We really enjoyed this property. It was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet, it was a perfect spot for us to land for a couple of days. The washer dryer was a nice bonus. I was having trouble communicating with the host, but it may have been my issue it was the first time with the vrbo app. I'm not very techy. I was a little disappointed that there was only enough coffee for two cups (one a piece) for one morning. Overall Great Stay!”

“This is the cutest and cleanest place we have rented. It has everything you need in the nicest neighborhood. It felt very safe. We walked around the lake close by and tried some of the restaurants the owner suggested. They were great!! After coming to Lakeland for years with our daughter for competitions, our only regret is not finding this gem sooner. You don’t be disappointed!!”

The studio was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed. It is approximately 2-3 miles from restaurants, gas stations and Starbucks. “I love booking with Florida Vacation Homes but was disappointed that I couldn’t get into the property for my early check in. The property was filthy on the outside in the back and front. The pool and spa cooled off on day 3 of my 7 day stay and I paid for them to be heated. The showers on the upper level were cold and little water flow. The cookware was minimum.
