This was truly one of the best condo stays I’ve had, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The location is absolutely perfect, everything is just minutes away, including restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, and even a charming local coffee café. It made our stay incredibly convenient. I traveled with my 80-year-old mother, so comfort and accessibility were very important to me. This condo exceeded expectations right from the moment we walked in. Being on the first floor was a huge plus, no stairs to navigate and the space was thoughtfully laid out and very easy to move around in. The condo itself was spotless. Everything felt fresh, clean, and well cared for. The flooring was especially nice, high-quality wood-style floors that looked beautiful. The bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate and well-maintained. One of our favorite features was the patio. It had a cozy loveseat along with a table and chairs, and it overlooked the pool with a lovely view. It was a perfect place to relax, especially with the natural sunlight that filled the condo throughout the day. The layout, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, was ideal and made the stay even more comfortable. Check-in and check-out were both seamless and stress-free, and the owners were fantastic to work with. They communicated clearly and promptly before our arrival, which made everything easy and reassuring. Overall, this was an outstanding experience!

We love Bahama Bay!! Our 4th time. First time in this wonderful unit. It’s just like the pictures. The resort is great for walking, swimming and even food and entertainment on the weekends. Our host answered any of our questions within minutes. Loved being on the bottom floor. Would definitely book here again. You’re near enough to attractions, but not too near.

Great Stay!!

So clean, so nice, so convenient!! My son and I really enjoyed our stay. Beautifully decorated and comfortable! Martyn (owner) is very responsive and provides great information on local businesses and restaurants. The directions for check-in/out, parking, etc. were clear and concise. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Very enjoyable break, property as advertised. Would stay again. Some cleanliness issues floors not mopped very well white socks soon became black and staining on bathroom floors around the pedestal.

Getaway for 4 senior bridge players

The condo is well furnished and beds were comfortable. Communication with owner was always immediate. The condo was not well cleaned. We had to wash sheets for sofa bed before using. Floors were not clean and we had to clean dishwasher prior to using.

Always a nice stay at Bahama Bay

Third time staying in this property. Always find it clean and enjoyable. Since last visit owner has updated floors and living room furniture. We were able to secure an early check in which we enjoyed since we arrived in the area in the morning. Ample kitchen supplies which made for care free living. Unit is located within a two minute walk of three heated pools and children’ssplash pad. (Although splash pad is not heated so did not appeal to the grandkids in February)Located close to Disney and ample shopping and restaurants. Bahama Bay is a beautiful resort which we enjoyed walking around.Only complaints we would have is that chairs at the pool are taken up early especially by residents who are here most of the winter by 9am. I am an early riser so it did not bother me to start my day by the pool at 830. Internet was sketchy at times by stopping and starting our live streaming.Other than that we are returning again next year for another three weeks in a different unit because this one was booked already. Will repeat here if available. Owners very cooperative

Beautiful grounds

We found that the property was in an excellent locationfor us. The amenities were as expected. The apt could have used a better cleaning ie:dusting. The information provided by the owners was quite useful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this propertyto others .

Excellent accommodation

We booked to stay at this Bahama Bay privately owned condo for 10 days in November 2024. It was a great location and a very nice condo with good amenities. We loved the beauty of the resort and pools and the quietness of staying a bit out of Orlando. We were still close to Disney to enjoy some time there. This was an affordable and great place to stay and easily would have accommodated more people. This trip was only my husband and I. We would book again to come back. A small recommendation would be to add a coffee grinder and better fry pans for the kitchen, we decided to buy these items to use for our trip and took home what we purchased. Great stay at Bahama Bay

Stayed for 5 nights. The unit was great. Nice updates compared to some of the other units on the property. Love the ground floor location and at the one end of the building. So close to one of the pools. The only thing was the floor was very sandy/griddy when we first arrived. Spent 15 mins vacuuming and then it was fine. Overall a great stay!

Peaceful Tropical Oasis

My friend and I had a wonderful time at this property! Plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed having breakfast out on the lanai. Beds were comfortable and the home was decorated in a peaceful beach theme that we enjoyed. Having access to pools, a lake and a restaurant were nice touches. Close enough to Disney for our visits. We would stay again! Owners were very quick to respond. Excellent!

Great apartment!

We had a lovely time staying in this apartment. It’s in a great location and the grounds are beautiful. We have stayed in many apartments in the Disney area, but this one is the most well equipped. The sofas and bed (we only used one of the bedrooms) were really comfortable and the whole place was extremely clean and well kept. The owner was extremely quick to respond to any queries. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return at some point.

Relaxing visit to Florida

3 weeks in Florida. We have been to this resort before but not to this condo. Very clean, spacious, well equipped. Ample cutlery, crockery, utensils. Large fridge/freezer. Condo quiet with swimming pool within 100 metres. The bed was comfortable. Main bathroom a great size. We did not use the twin room but the apartment could easily house 2 couples or a family of 4. If we return here we would happily use this property again. Thank you Martin

Absolutely PERFECT. VERY clean, close to everything Disney and MCO, rapid and easy check in process, Communication with host was great, Unit EXACTLY as described and had everything that they had stated. I will def look for this one again when I am in the orlando area.

Updates required

This was our 5th visit to Bahama Bay since the resort opened. We love the location and overall grounds. This particular unit needs updating. The living room furniture is worn out and has an unpleasant odour. The carpeting is also worn out and the carpet tacks are poking through between the hall and the kitchen.

Always a pleasure

Second time at this resort with this owner and once again enjoyed our stay. The two bedroom first floor was perfect for our family. Resort is close to Disney and tons of shopping and eating places. The resort has four heated pools and the grounds are immaculate and great for walking around. The owner operated apartment (Martyn Smith) keeps his property in excellent shape with all the comforts of home. We have already booked next year's stay !

Disney at Christmas

Having stayed at Bahama Bay a number of times, we knew what to expect, and this accommodation matched previous experiences, but at a great price to. Easy communications with Martyn, and loved the code lock rather than key cards. Would definitely recommend and look to stay again. Thank you for being an important part of a great holiday.
