“Beautiful house, very quiet with just the sounds of birds. Felt like home away from home. I would love to come back with my family. We didn’t bring a dog, but this place was fully prepared if you did!”

Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds.”

“Nice place in a good location. If there are neighbors in the other side of the duplex, you will hear them. Door code provided initially did not work. Contacted management through Vrbo app and they responded with the correct code within 15 minutes.”

“Property is cut but could use some love. Definitely needs a new cleaning crew. Obvious carpets not swept. Beds very comfortable, shower has decent water pressure. No soap in shower or kitchen sink. No blow dryer. No book with instructions had to request wifi code. Master bedroom carpet VERY stained. Back porch light broken. Front door threshold very bent and dangerous. Throw in living room needs washing. Dead bugs in the silverware drawer. I wouldn’t stay again until it gets an upgrade and new...

“House was beautiful inside. Plenty of space for 3 adults. I could comfortably fit my four children and husband for a few days. Parked right in front of the house. The keypad wasn’t ready, but fixed as soon as I called. This visit was for three moms getting away for a night. We enjoyed good restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The highlight was relaxing in the cozy house enjoying each other’s company!”

Negatives: Backyard not fenced on one side, strange loud pump on MBR toilet, rear sliding door hard to operate, on demand hot water system would suddenly stop and showers got cold, instructions not clear on how to access door keypad.”
