“Close to the airport”

“I extended my stay one more day, and even so they told me to check out the day I extended, bad administration.”

“The property was fine - it's Expedia that is the problem. When I checked out of the property, I found out that the actual price of my stay was a fair bit less than Expedia charged me. And Expedia refused to refund me for the amount they overcharged me. So, check with the property before you book through Expedia - it may cost you more through Expedia than booking with the property directly, and they WILL NOT make it good with the customer.”

“Stayed here last night for OSU graduation. Very nice, clean, affordable room. Lots of fun places to walk to (Book Loft, Staub’s Coffee). Quiet room. We brought our bikes to ride the Scioto trail to precommencement on Saturday and graduation on Sunday, super close.Owner is super nice, let us keep car in parking lot after check out so we could bike all day.”

“Please don’t stay here, the lady on the front is so rude and not friendly with the costumers, all the room was dirty, special the bed, the sheets looks like a lot people sleep there and nobody clean and change that never. Worst experience ever.”

“Basic room which was expected. Overpriced due to event in town. Room seemed clean enough (vacuumed, surfaces clean, bathroom clean) but heater did not work and sheets were bloodstained and did not look washed. Definitely not recommended for extended stay. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. We met up with our daughter, passing through from Dover AFB to Wichita Falls TX for training. Small, but cozy. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurant. Neighbors, for that matter, everyone was so kind. Absolutely recommend.”

“I’ll start with a good. Mattresses were in good condition, what I consider to be the most important item. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds.”
