“Jim is the best host ever. Property was well stocked with everything you could ask for - I’ve stayed at well over 2 dozen VRBO’s and Jim really goes out of his way to make sure you will have everything you need. Spices, coffee, tons of towels, cleaning supplies, nice wine glasses, pamphlets about all of the local wineries and attractions, great WiFi and TV’s, great views, and just a few miles from Benton City. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.”

“This house was perfect for 2 families of friends, and we plan to stay again for our next trip to Kenniwick. The home is very clean and spacious, and also layed out perfectly for us, our friends, and our kids. We stayed with 2 couples and 1 child, but had plenty of room for our other 2 kids. We also loved the location and safety of the neighborhood. We slept great and are excited to book another get away here!!”

“This house was very nice and our stay was relaxing. Cleanliness, communication and location were all excellent. If you stay in March expect local attractions to be closed for the most part.
