“If you’re looking to book a house for a trip to Perry or anywhere remotely close, this place is it. Great location, beautiful and VERY spacious! Super clean! Great pool! Well stocked kitchen! We had a blast fishing during the days and enjoying the wide amenities of the property in the evenings! Property manager is an absolute gem of a woman who checked on us throughout our stay and even brought us wood and starter for the fire pit they have outside. She is amazing! “The property is amazing! Very well maintained, quiet, and peaceful. Loved the cabin and it’s decor. Very cozy and had the comforts of home. Our family that lives in Mayo, FL (near the cabin) has atvs so we were able to take advantage of the trails across the street from the cabin. The river was flowing super fast due to the weather so we weren’t able to fish or kayak but we still had a blast! We would definitely recommend this place and cannot wait to come back!!”

“The little house on the river is very homey and cozy. The river view from the windows is amazing. So many stars to gaze at during the night and the peaceful flow of the river washes away all your worries. Great place for a couples getaway or a family gathering. Dorothy the host was amazing. Very attentive and kind. I would certainly stay again. The house is very close to springs and very country. Just what I was looking for. Thanks again for opening your home to a lovely vacation.”

“Everyone enjoyed the house very clean and comfortable it was a welcoming site after a day of scalloping. Mark has practically thought of everyone's needs by providing games ,dvd's, crab traps, fishing poles ,cast nets, gas grill. Things we'll leave off our next trip to downsize. Keaton beach boat ramp was our choice to launch, it was very busy on Saturday and the county had volunteers helping everyone with instructions and overflow parking assistance. There isn't any resturants very close but...

“When enjoyed our stay. Overall, the house was neat and clean and included several extras. We had friends a couple doors down with a vacation home, so they helped us maneuver around town. We were disappointed that there was no TV in the master bedroom as per the description. The property manager explained the last guests broke it. No compensation was offered. We would stay again.”
