“Place was exactly as described. 2 couples stayed and brought our boat. So convenient having the boat docked right out the back with easy load and unload. Nice covered fish cleaning station. Glenda and Terry were very nice and answered any questions we had. Kitchen had everything we needed and the place was very clean. Beds are SO comfortable. “If you’re looking to book a house for a trip to Perry or anywhere remotely close, this place is it. Great location, beautiful and VERY spacious! Super clean! Great pool! Well stocked kitchen! We had a blast fishing during the days and enjoying the wide amenities of the property in the evenings! Property manager is an absolute gem of a woman who checked on us throughout our stay and even brought us wood and starter for the fire pit they have outside. She is amazing! “This was a beautiful condo! Great location with the boat ramp just feet away. Plenty of space to park your truck and trailer. Nice boat docks for your boat and fish cleaning station. The pool so was immaculately clean and so inviting! Bar b que grills down by the pool were nice. The 3rd floor had a beautiful view of the river. Condo was nicely appointed and very clean! “Satisfactory stay. Good location. We really enjoyed fishing on the canal in the evenings. There were 3 great restaurants within walking distance. The property and home did however seem to be a little run down and neglected. The freezer inside the house wreaked of rotten fish. And the rooms could have used ceiling fans. Messaged the owner with a WiFi question during our stay and he was very quick to respond. Overall decent stay.”

“The Suwannee River has become our favorite destination for vacation. Although it had rained and flooded the springs during our visit we had a wonderful time. We caught 3 big catfish! We played basketball, & darts. The porch is amazing for sitting and drinking coffee and watching the river. We will definitely be back.
