“The location near the beach was nice, but it was said ocean view but that was partial ocean view. The towels could be softer. The kitchen was greatly equipped. The biggest problem is they were remodeling the property near our area of the condo and we would hear noises some during the day. The place does near refreshing outside with new paint etc. which is what they are doing. But the elevator areas for sure needed it now. For the price it was nice and I loved the beach!”

“We made sure to set an early alarm to watch the sunrise on the balcony. What a beautiful view from the balcony. The sound of crashing waves and view of them added to the outdoor viewing experience. There were plenty of birds to watch flying by along the shore. The short walk to the beach has a nice boardwalk. We took advantage of it to enjoy the water. Humidity was high but it didn’t damper our stay in the least.”

“This location was perfect for our family. It was a nice walk to the beach and when our babies got tired we were able to walk back up to the rental. You need a beach pass to park down on the beach, which can be purchased near by. The rental was very clean and the rooms were all separated by another door which made it perfect for babies. “Hubby and I came down for a quiet, restful weekend and we certainly got it. Condo was very clean and quiet and steps from the beach. We enjoyed hours reading, napping and watching movies. Thanks for hosting us!”

“Overall property is nice. The coffee maker did not work due to previous guest not properly using it correctly. Found coffee grounds where the water should go. Requested another coffee pot from property manager. We got tired of waiting so we purchased one. Maybe be sure cleaning crew checks coffee maker in future. Other then that we would stay here again.”

“This property is spacious and in a great location. It is central to restaurants, activities, shopping and the beach. Yet, tucked away in a quiet community off the main path to reduce noise and traffic. The pool on the property is a very nice amenity. There are plenty of books, games, cards and TVs to entertain a crowd. The main living is upstairs, so I would not recommend it if you struggle with your joints or climbing stairs.
