Too many rules! We both felt the dozen emails with rules and the signs everywhere greatly diminished our enjoyment of this beautiful property. Also, the only bathtub was deconstructed and unusable. The property was nearly empty. Why not offer us a fully functioning substitute? The phone call from management an hour before check in telling us about the tub was so unprofessional and unhinged I ended up hanging up. So while I will stay at this property again, I will not stay in a unit managed by Sand Key. Fortunately there are units managed by other property management companies.
Broken tub. Smelled like sewer
We felt paranoid about tar. $500 is excessive.
Never saw bathtub rules in all my travels
Never saw such complicated TV rules. And they didn’t work

Perfect Peaceful Place

Enjoyed a girls’ weekend with some friends at this lovely condo. The balcony is fantastic, with lots of space and beautiful views. The condo itself was comfortable and well-equipped. Host was responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Just as Described with STUNNING VIEW!

Loved this condo! Just the right amount of space for a family of four with all the amenities we wanted! The walk to the beach was easy and beautiful, and the pool was a hit with our kids. The full-size washer and dryer also came in handy for our 5-day stay.Bring extra towels if you plan to stay longer than a couple of days, or plan to wash the ones they leave you (we only got 4 with two hand towels - no kitchen towels). Also, bring extra soap. We plan to come back soon! Thanks, again, to the property managers for the great communication, easy check-in/out, and relaxing stay.

Good location. 2 minute walk to a quiet beach. Tucked nicely between two communities. One quiet & quaint with all the necessities, and a city with Hobby Lobby. Condo was spacious, clean & comfortable. It had most everything we needed. Communication with host was quick & easy.

We found the unit clean. Everything functioned well. Great tv. Decor was quality. Amenities were top notch. Patio was large with comfortable seating. The sun rose directly in front of the patio, over a stellar ocean view. It is a two minute walk over a well maintained foot bridge to a lovely beach. Check in and check out were simple. Good parking. Good elevators. Port Aransas is just a few minutes away. Virginias on the Beach has nice waterfront dining and good food. I will say the king bed is overly soft and slopes toward the center, but waking and watching the sun rise from bed can’t be beat. The grounds and building are well maintained. It would be nice if there was a sign at the highway entrance marking the turn off to the building, as it is easy to miss especially at night. Highly recommend this unit.

Very nice

Great location and direct access to the beach was perfect for our needs. Word of caution… there is an owner (not the owner of this rental) who does NOT like drones to be used on the property. She called the police and gave them false information. The police were very annoyed with the owner for calling them. The owner also called the property manager and gave false information including reporting we were smoking weed. But even with that, we plan to rent the unit again.

Great unit!

The unit is very nicely furnished and decorated! We like Mustang Island to be a bit away from the crowds. This was perfect. The buildings boardwalk is closed for repairs. There is one available beside the property. It just didn’t have a shower or good rinse station available. We definitely would stay again though. The 4th floor gives a great view of the oceanfront!

Pool wasn't clean, it didn't look safe to use. The pool dude didn't a have clue on how to use the vacuum to get the sand out of the pool. Other than that, it was fantastic!

this is a lovely condo with great views! The weather was a bit overcast and windy, but we enjoyed our stay. However, if you plan to cook meals bring everything you need, seasonings, ingredients, etc.
