“The location was very convenient for the Viaduct in Auckland. The communication from the management team was really poor. The instructions for parking need to be made clearer especially directions to the lift access on Level 3. We had to drag suitcases up stairs as we didn't know where the lifts were situated. If you're an overnight stay, you should have more detailed instructions.”

Sky Tower was beautifully lit up every night and there is so much to see from the high level of this building… this property is very secure and the pool is a plus! … There are also so many places to explore within walking distance.”

“I loved the location, right on the water. I loved being so close to absolutely everything: dining options, gym, shopping. I loved that my vehicle was secure and that there was even a parking option. Comms with the owner was really nice and friendly. I'm originally from Auckland so it was nice to be home. I will definitely book again.”

“The kitchen could be better with salt and pepper. More kitchen towels. We had just one for 6 days. Paper towels, a regular coffee machine. More sitting chairs i. The living room and air conditioning in The bedrooms.”

“The apartment is excellent. Very spacious, clean and modern. Great alternative to a hotel room! The only minor complaint I had was that they kept on blocking security deposits on my card, cancelling it and then blocking it again. It takes 3 or so days for the cancellation to take effect so I would have 2 deposits blocked on my card at a time. The explanation I got from the management was it was "the system". That minor inconvenience aside it was a lovely apartment I would happily stay at again.”

“Apartments are in fron of the Manukau Bus Station, but are incredibly quiet. There is a park in front if you want to take a walk or jog.Two bedroom apartment is good sized, good complete kitchen with oven, stove, big fridge, microwave, toaster.. Bathroom is OK. Now for the bad part. Beds are small (not queen, double size), mattress is poor (had to buy a mattresss topper to stay 10 days) Air conditioning is a portable unit, very noisy and irritating. No "split" on the wall. Cleaning service is...

“Have stayed here before which is how we landed here again! LOVE the shower pressure, the comfy beds and the washer and drier combo. Went home with clean dry clothes. Best thing was the wahine who checked me in. She was awesome. Warm approachable and kind.”
