“Lovely and helpful staff, comfortable beds. Felt surprisingly private. The shared spaces were spacious, comfortable and lovely. They have a “quiet” room which was highly appreciated. It felt new, fresh and cozy. The kitchen could get pretty messy but the staff tried their best to keep it clean. I felt like I got a lot of value for the money.”

“The stuff are realy nice people. With a great disposition to help to guests. The cleaning personal are realy kind too. The thinks didn't like me, it was in first place that the famale floor it was shared with males. I didnt understood that. Neader like me, than the hostel don't haved a dishes and cutlery in the kichen for the guests and they have to pay a deposite, to access it. It's really rare for a hostel and make de stancy something incomodated.”

“¿Artículos de higiene personal? Negativo. ¿Caja fuerte? Ni de coña. ¿Aire acondicionado? Si, pero no funcionaba. Había una ducha para toda la planta, que evidentemente con tanto paso de gente, siempre estaba sucia. La cocina siempre patas arriba. La habitación no tenía tan buena pinta como en las fotos y las paredes parecían de papel. La ubicación es inmejorable, aunque nada más anochece hay muchos homeless en la zona y da un poco de respeto. El chico de recepción fue súper simpático, lo mejor,...

“El estableciomiento esta en muy buenas condiciones edilicias, el skybus te deje casi en la puerta, la limpieza es muy buena tambien. excelente ubicacion. muy recomendable.”

“The most disappointing thing about this place was the bathroom facilities. There was mould everywhere in the shower - up the walls, on the ceiling. The shower curtain looked liked it hadn't been changed in decades...it was scary to touch. The place also smelled of cigarettes....not very pleasant. While it is a hostel, I have certainly stayed in better hostels both in Auckland and major cities around the world. By far the worst hostel I have stayed in.”

“Awful. No bath mat, soap, bin, glass/cup. Filthy lockers, poop in toilet. Holes in walls, filthy walls. Tv ripped off wall. One neighbour making disgusting noises, clearly very ill. Another screaming super offensive abuse. Nearly called police. Extremely upset. Felt very unsafe.”

“We booked this property because it was a handy location, unfortunately we had also booked it because it said we could have 3 separate beds and because I was booking it for 3 students that didn't really know each other it was appropriate they have their own beds. I have just been told they were only provided with a double and single bed. This has put me in a rather awkward position. They were not confident to ask for this to be changed.”

“Have stayed here before which is how we landed here again! LOVE the shower pressure, the comfy beds and the washer and drier combo. Went home with clean dry clothes. Best thing was the wahine who checked me in. She was awesome. Warm approachable and kind.”
