“We spent a month at Mary Ann's house and it was perfect. We could walk to downtown Ketchum and the River Run base. Our dogs loved walking around the neighborhood and the nearby bike path. The house was comfortable and well equipped and any questions we had were easily answered with a review of the many instruction sheets placed throughout the house. The Village Market was very convenient. We had a great time - and appreciate that Mary Ann is willing to share her house with others.”

“Older house with plenty of nick nacks, warm and very clean. Spacious bedrooms, well stocked with supplies for cooking and meals. We liked the town of Bellevue, the easy access to the house and Mahoney's bar was right around the corner as were some other restaurants. It was convenient to drive up to Sun Valley for skiing everyday with only a 25 minute drive. Just watch your speeds as its pretty well enforced. Maggie was great to deal with and the one item we asked for (gas grill) they took out...

“This townhome was perfectly designed for a large family or multiple families to share and have plenty of privacy. It was pristine, squeaky clean and very well organized with 2 fire places for cozy ambience. The skiing options at Bald Mountain were perfect for different levels and it was a 6 minute walk to Bald Mountain lifts and into town for shops and restaurants. LOCATION could not be better.”

“We stayed here on a couples ski trip - the big area up top is great for socializing and the bed rooms below are the right size and cozy. They could use more furniture upstairs is my only complaint but the location was ideal and would definitely recommend”

The location to town and the mountains was great, we were able to walk along a path to ski each day. The property manager, Brian, was very helpful and responsive during our stay. “This condo was beautiful and very well-equipped. The only complaint we had were the window coverings in all of the bedrooms. Since there are other condo buildings right across the way from that unit, the window shades didn't give us the privacy we needed in the evenings...especially because the two primary bathrooms did not have doors for additional privacy. We also came prepared (from previous guests' reviews) with eye masks for the morning light coming through the window shades.”

“This condo was perfect for our 4-day ski trip. We were able to walk to the River Run base from the condo and even walked through the woods to the gondola one evening for dinner at the Roundhouse. We found the condo to be very clean and cozy. It’s proximity to the bike path and Big Wood River would also make it a perfect place for a summer vacation and fly fishing enthusiasts.”
