We had a fantastic stay! The house was immaculately clean and the location truly cannot be beat. Being within short walking distance to both the town center and the main gondola made our trip incredibly easy and convenient.The home was exceptionally well-equipped; it had everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to general amenities. The hosts were also wonderful—communication was seamless, and they were very quick to respond whenever we had a question.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect mountain getaway!

Wonderful family getaway near the best of Ketchum. Very close to River Run which has great lodge, loft/ gondola access, high-end ski shop and overnight storage for skis/ boots so you can easily walk on a dirt path or paved trail. Trail for running/ biking behind townhouse and fantastic for marathon training. Townhouse was incredibly clean and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. First rate appliances and in unit laundry. Walking distance to town with plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes. Despite the lack of snow, Sun Valley knows how to from and we had plenty of good skiing and a great lesson Will be back!!

This is a beautiful and comfortable property in a great location to ski Bald Mountain. Kitchen is excellent and well stocked, private hot tub is so convenient just two steps from the door, and bedrooms with private bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. And the walk to the ski area base was quick and easy. Curt and Nichole are great hosts. They made check in a snap, were very responsive, and provided very useful info for our visit to Sun Valley. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful communications with owner. Unit is beautifully appointed and the kitchen is well equipped. And the beds, pillows were so comfy. It’s walking distance to town and bald mountain and bike trail.

Wonderful home that was perfect for us! Right on the Wood River Trail, this luxury home is just a short walk into Ketchum. The home is well appointed, super quiet and comfortable, and makes a perfect base of operations for exploring Sun Valley and surroundings. Curt and Nicole are great hosts! We did several great hikes, all within a 20 minute drive, and also walked many miles on the Wood River Trail. We will definitely stay here again if back in the area.

This property has everything you need and in a great location. The hosts were wonderful and super responsive. Walking distance to town, grocery store, bike trails, walking trail, river. The property has stocked pretty much anything you would need for everyday living and cooking. We stay in a lot of VRBO homes. This was by far one of the best.

The perfect stay

The condo and location were perfect for our long weekend with our adult son. We always stay in West Ketchum for proximity to shopping, restaurants, bike path, and fly fishing in the summer - so the location is ideal. The home had every possible item you could want: Sonos speakers, Keurig coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen, luxury bedding, everyone slept great, each bedroom has their own bathroom, and a private hot tub ready to go. The home is immaculate. We loved our stay. Highly recommend!

Review:We had the pleasure of staying at the Wood River Retreat, and it was a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property is located in a serene location, offering incredible views of the surrounding mountains. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.Highlights:•Comfortable Accommodations: The cabin was clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of skiing.•Fully Equipped Kitchen: We loved the modern kitchen, which had everything we needed. The thoughtful touches, like a welcome basket, made us feel truly special.•Outdoor Amenities: The hot tub was a favorite spot for us to unwind and enjoy the fading evening light. •Proximity to Attractions: The location was perfect for our activities. Awesome townhome. The cleanliness, decor and amenities are top notch...Bright, spacious..everything you could possibly need and so much more. A healthy walk to the ski lift and/or River Run Lodge is convenient and so beautiful. Easy access to town for shopping and restaurants. The owner, Curt, could not be more helpful and accommodating.

Wonderful stay. The place was exactly as shown and listed. Curt was so responsive from the moment our booking was confirmed.Well stocked home and lovely bottle of wine and hot chocolate as a welcome gift.Easy 8 minute walk or ski to River Run. Ski home a little harder but doable for anyone that is not a beginner.We will definitely stay again. The place does not disappoint!
